Im ‘mature’ and my go to foundation is the Nars sheer glow. It definitely smooths out any fine lines and texture and gives me a slight glow. Builds up well to give full coverage and i pair it with the nars concealer and powder to set. Love it and havent thought to change it

Nars Sheer Glow sells a pump for the foundation. I agree it should come with a pump. It's a great foundation!!!! I am glad is on your list!

I use Chanel, Nars, McGrath, Tilbury, Dior, Fenty Drop, YSL and Tom Ford to create a flawless look. The Tilbury Moisturizer is a great base paired with Murad's skincare base.

Great video. I have dry, dull skin and I still try to integrate a retinol product in my skincare routine and sometimes my skin is more dryer. I will suggest as a drugstore foundation, L’oreal True Match is great.

I’m in my early 60’s and my go to is the Nars sheer glow and Nina you are so right to prep and hydrate the skin which I have learnt through watching your tutorials. There is a pump that you can buy otherwise it’s pretty messy. Another informative video thank you Nina and btw I love the way you have done your eyes can you please do a tutorial on this looking gorgeous as ever.. Much love 🥰

I use the Simply Ageless Covergirl foundation. I use the liquid pump one with their primer. The other one they have is the cream makeup with the sponge SPF 28 which is good. I’ve had used that also. For work I have used the BB cream with spf 21. Work is only minimal makeup. On the weekends I use the other makeup

FANTASTIC Nina .This is *EXACTLY* what I've needed..I will DEFINITELY be signing up to your site. Thank you so much.. What would be extra special would be if you had gatherings so that people could all join together face to face and learn from you in real time. I would pay good money to be guided by you darling. I decided a couple of weeks ago that I needed to up my game as far as paying more money for a foundation but not knowing where to start then here you are telling everything I needed to know!!!.😅 You get what you pay for at the end of the day..All I have to do now is figure out what my skin colour is to match foundation..I have no clue so any tips from you or any of the other girls who follow would be greatly appreciated. ☮️🙏

If you go on Google you can find a shade matcher site where if you put in your current foundation & shade it'll tell you what you are in another foundation 😊

I'm finding that I haven't found the right moisturizer yet. No matter what foundation I've used, the dry patches will soon come out around my mouth 😢. I get better results for the dryness with some skin tints, but I prefer a more full coverage look.

Hi Nina . New here and am beginning my search. Fantastic video! I’ve never been a person who wore a lot of makeup. I am leaning towards a Dior as I found out they are now gluten free and I am allergic to gluten. I’m 52 in a couple months. ⭐

I’m new to your channel. Found this vlog very informative thank you. I’m in the process of trying loads of foundations at the moment & just can’t find one that ticks all the boxes. I am 66, my skin is quite good but I do have pores that I would like to blur. I hate matte foundations but I’m finding any more dewy ones just slide off me down the T zone. My ideal foundation would be dewy, pore blurring & long lasting. Do any exist that would do the job for me? I’m desperate 😂

YES AT LAST! I've been waiting for you to do this! I'm having the worst problem with foundation Nina..my pores seem to have gotten larger and foundation just sits in them.. I've tried every sort of application but NOTHING works..NOW I'm going to watch your vid . Thankyou darling for all your advise.. I LOVE your channel.☮️ BTW I'm 66.

@@Tified967 Oh Thankyou darling that's very kind of you . I'll give it a search.. I hate the pores on my face..they only started being pronounced after a stay in hospital..I thought it was the dry atmosphere in there but looks like they're here to stay.. I've never really worn foundation but I started TRYING to use it last year..I'm absolutely hopeless at putting it on ..I've tried everything and still can't get the hang of it..and I've used the snashbox primer for pores..Nope..so frustrating, but since I found Nina she's given me the confidence to try different things. Thankyou so much for your comment.😘☮️

@@katstephenson8493- I’m so sorry that you are having such a difficult time, lately! I was curious- are you applying skin care products to your face before applying the makeup? I just wanted to check the basics to see if I could help you determine the cause of the problem. 👍 Also- with primer? It’s necessary to make sure that the ingredients of it aren’t fighting the ingredients of the foundation. I have used the Smashbox primer that you are referring to (I didn’t see much pore smoothing, myself) and it’s a silicone based primer. You will want to check the ingredients in your foundation- if one of the first ingredients listed is water? Your primer will repel the foundation! 😮 These two are the first things I would check out if you are having trouble blurring the pores. There are some other things you can try, also! So, don’t give up, just yet! Please, let me know what you think of the tips I’ve mentioned? We can figure out what is happening, if you would like to! 🙂

@@katstephenson8493You might have to change your skincare up as well. I love Paula’s Choice BHA for smoothing texture and shrinking pores. It’s not drying for a BHA on my 57 year old skin. Then I’ll spot apply on my more problem areas a primer. Applying foundation with fingers works best. For the foundation I have anyway. Then I’ll go over with a sponge pressing in.

@@Tified967With The Haus Labs people have reported it settles into fine lines and texture. A lot of mature women over say 45/50 did not like it. That’s why I never bought it. I say grab a sample first.
