My favorite citrus is Under the Lemon Trees by Maison Margiela. It's fresh with a dirty musky base and very long lasting on my skin.

Hi Julia, I enjoyed your video. I love those fragrances, especially Aqua Allegoria Limone Verde. Another good one in the Allegoria line, is Herba Fresca, I actually layer these two together, which helps with the longevity. Dolce Gabbana is another good one to layer. I was thinking of using a perfume oil under some of these, just not sure what note.

Hi, yes I bought Guerlain Terracotta too. It was a blind buy. But I love Guerlain so I was pleasantly surprised when i smelled it. So nice. Never heard of it till I saw your video.👍👍❤️

This video is so up my alley!! Citruses and Oranges are my favorite, ever! Right now, I have Atelier Orange Sanguine, Mugler Alien extraordinaire - this one is ok, but was hoping the dry down would be more citrusy but it isn’t 😕, Pacifica Lemon Blossom, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Cucumber. Versense has been on my wishlist for a year now and I think after this video, I might’ve to pull the trigger! It’s a sign from the fragrance gods that I need it in my collection hahaha! Yeah the Muglers are not so citrusy, but a slightly lighter version of Alien. But I wouldn't classify them as "citrus" fragrances :)

Very nice selection you’ve shown here! Bergamot in some fragrances also add a zest of interest to the citrus... Like Bergamot by Commodity which is much like Orange Verte by Hermès...

Omg I live for pretty much all if the Atellie scents. There's a bergamot one that I love but I find they just don't last as long on my skin as others. I picked up a sample pack at Sephora in the 20%. Totally worth it though

I just last month got the Versace versence based on your last video. It was a steal of a price at Shoppers Drug Mart on the sale rack. What a fantastic blind buy I just love love it. Thank you for your recommendation. Yesterday received L’Imperatrice 3 smells more like rhubarb to me can’t wait for the heat to wear it.

I have Versace Versense, people have commented on how lovely I smell.🧡 I have Byredo Pulp I bought it because I wanted a fig-perfume, smells like rotten fruit, then it changes over time. It's lovely. 🧡 I love Mugler Womanity salty fig.🧡 I love, and recently bought D&G Light Blue. 🧡

You MUST try Chloé L'eau! I never really enjoyed the original Chloé, but the L'eau got me instantly! Even though it's more of a spring/summer fragrance, I wore it all winter, too, and I barely ever find myself reaching for another fragrance recently because it's so compatible with any occasion and weather. I can't imagine living without it ever again!

Hi Julia, I find myself gravitating towards gender neutral scents as well. I love Rosemary scents, but the only one I found that is not stark is the Azzaro Chrome. Do you have any other recommendations in that style?

If you opt to do a "water scent," video like this, check out YSL Y edt. It's a men's cologne and the staying power is only so so, but it's the only fragrance I find worth carrying in my purse for reapplication. Such a wonderful, fresh, unisex summer scent!

little tip Julia, I work in a big perfume store ... the light blue Intense is a better option and has a much better staying power than the original light blue.... they pretty much smell the same too... I always recommend the Intense version. :-)

I like the common Light Blue :D So effortless and uplifting! I would suggest to get intense version! It is apparently longer lasting. Completely agree about Aqua Allegoria`s, they are disappointingly short lasting, especially for the price :/ I love citruses as well, but there is one I did not like. When I was in USA, last year, I bought a travel size spray of "Under The Lemon Tree" by Maison Martin Margiela in Sephora (while in Switzerland you can get only full size bottles and they are pricey). And to be honest, for me it was like really brutally freshly squeezed lemon in the face! More like toilet freshener. For me it did not feel balanced with other notes. I ended up giving it away to my male colleague.. :s Ah well.. Thanks for the video, looking forward to next ones! :3 Shall check that Versace out, sounds like something right up my street!

I am wearing Versace Versense today! I have the body lotion as well since it came with the fragrance and the lotion actually smells identical to the perfume. I usually hate perfume lotions. My other favorite summer scent is Jo Malone Nectarine Blossom and Honey. I know Jo Malone is a cologne, but this fragrance lasts well on me. My mom has Chanel Chance Eau Fraiche and she loves it too! I believe people usually compare that fragrance to Versace Versense.

Julia; I have worn Chanel #5 for 30+plus years, as my ‘signature’ fragrance ... Five minutes after I spray my Parfume, I can’t smell it on me at all. Has my nose gone dead? Ia afraid of overloading my loved ones... Help!

You might be anosmic to it, so that you can't smell it anymore. Since it is such a strong scent, I think you're probably just so used to it that you can't smell it, but I'm sure other people can :) Especially if you are wearing the Eau de Parfum, not Eau de Toilette.

I used to love Light Blue but then I stopped liking it. There’s something NOT fresh about it, maybe it’s the candy note but i just don’t like it anymore, not on other people either. At the dry down all that’s left is burnt sugar.
