I got a pretty flat butt for my size. I'm 6'1 220 athletic build. I've delt with leg, foot pain and back pain for a long time (multiple car accidents) I feel like I'm stretching and massage rolling my glutes every other day. Its like they just keep getting tight again causing me alot of hip pain especially after sex. I do work a physically demanding job building wood decks, also im flat footed.... Any advice would be helpful, I feel like my back constantly needs to be decompressed too. And I'm only 30 ughhh
Trigger point pain can get quite bad over time. However, always keep in mind that if any form of exercise or treatment doesn't appear to be helping or making it worse, taking a rest may also be a better option.
