To make Goan style tendli pickle you need 👇
* Tendli/Ivy gourd/Kundru - 50 nos.or 500g.
* Kashmiri dry red chillies - 15 nos.
* Byadgi dry red chillies (spicy )- 4- 6 nos.
* Garlic cloves - 10 nos.
* ginger - 1 inch
* Jaggery - 4-6 tbsp or as per your taste
* Salt to taste
* Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp if required
* Few methi seeds
* Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
* Refined oil- 3/4 cup
* white vinegar - 1/3 cup + 1/2 cup or as required
(let it mature for about 10-12 days)
