Goan Tendli Pickle
Ingredients required
55 Tendli
15 kashmiri chillies
10-12 cloves garlic
1” piece ginger
1/4 tsp tumeric
Pinch of asafoetida
50g jaggery or as per taste
1/2 tbsp salt (to apply on tendli)
1 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup vinegar for grinding
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste
Notes:
If possible sun dry the jar and other utensils used for making pickles, Make sure all the bowls, spoons, chopping board and knife are dry. These will increase the shelf life of the pickles. 😊
