Do you grind rice to make your own rice flour? I bought rice flour from supermarket and it just will not hold together to make a dough. It's slurry like and gluey. What am I doing wrong?
I have used ready made rice flour and the measuring cup should be the same to measure rice flour and water . If in case, mixture turns gluey then add more flour as required while the mixture is warm..
