Hello sir, my mother health insurance is with Cigna ttk but i was not aware of co payment at 65. It has almost completed 4 years. Is company good? as every year there rate increases or should I change to better health insurance plan. But the paln has optional to remove co payment by paying premium please advice . Super top plan has many limitations and are not same like the base policy. Also niva bupa has market's lowest INCURED CLAIM RATIO at 49.9% which is very poor. Also niva bupa has been again and again been sold and bought by some or other party.

Super topup plan work only after pay you pay detectable amount (in this case 5 lakh). If bill amount is 10lakh then company will pay you only 5 lakh rest u have to pay by your self. But if bill amount is 15 lakh then company will pay you 10 lakhs only and rest 5 lakh( i.e detectable amount) you have to pay
