I got this brush from my wife for my birthday. I was very skeptical about it. I asked her what the hell is this for. She sent me this video link. I watched the video and thought to myself bullshit! It won't work like that. I then went and tried it out..........yeah not shitting bulls here. It worked fantastic! Its the only brush I use now!

This cordless heated brush is useless! It has three levels of heat, and I use the middle heat level. It takes too long to heat up, and when it does, after running it through a moist beard for only 30 seconds, the light starts flashing that it’s heating up and it never does heat all the way up again. I complained about this and their solution was to plug it in for a fresh recharge before using it. A better solution might be a charging base to keep it plugged in and charged all the time, but honestly, most rechargeable items are usually set to go weeks later with a full charge. Overall, I am very disappointed with this product. It could be better if it stayed charged and heated longer . . much longer.
