I sit here listening to this in my carpenter jeans with 9 pockets and 2 tool loops just thinking "I feel like I'm being targeted here" and look down at my screwdriver, Allen sets, and pocket knife.

@tobiasmoller3837 Nah, sounds like he is sitting at home relaxing. The pants aren't the whole outfit. There's a tool belt, with interchangeable components. But you can get up to about 20 extra pockets... If you use them as intended. And about 35-40, if you get creative. Among many other specialised components for different tools.

@@DanJones-np8xband don't forget about the button up with two pockets, and the additional work vest, such as an anglers vest for example with a multitude of pocket options. And the optional jacket, from zip hoodie with two large pockets up to a leather jacket providing both minimal defense against blunt force and slashing damage, including up to 4 moderate waist level pockets, 2 exterior breast pockets, and up to 2 additional interior hidden breast pockets.

I like cargo pants. But I typically use no more than 5 pockets. Part of that is because the way I distribute stuff into my pockets should be consistent, and some of my cargo pants don't have more than that.

Too true lol I'm working in cargo shorts that have 8 pockets. The standard top 4 and 2 more down the side of each leg. Each thing I carry gets a designated pocket with a few left over for oddball stuff 😊

Cargo pant, designed shortly before WW2 by the British & favored by the military and later spread to civilian & commercial workers. The most hard core of these belong to EMTs. Need a place to store battery bank, cords & plug that isn't in the back. Could we just get rid of back pockets and move them to the front somewhere?
