I enjoy this, but it would be nice if you got to the point a little faster. When it’s a lot of fluff in the beginning, typically go find something else. Thanks for the information though.
Thank you so much for sharing this info. I wish there is a lot more transparency about the different formulations and ingredients. I started out with a low dose patch and loved it. But in less than a year I started getting hives and rashes. Now I’ve been on Divigel and am starting to develop rashes too.
I am pretty sure I am now missing some tetestron which aged 74 . For information Back in the day 1965 with the first birth control pills very very high oestrogen I did get a bad reaction and developed swollen veins on my left leg. and veins broke all over again my left leg. I however decided to take hormone replacement therapy and it has all been ok for 20 years.
I just read that birth control and hormone therapy back in the 60s was never tested on women! I am not sure how true this is, but it's horrifying. I think we now have come a long way since then and you're likely to have some great health outcomes now that you've been taking care of your hormones the last 20 years. I have a new episode on testosterone only coming out with Dr. Doug Lucas. Look out for that one!
I would ask Dr. Rosensweet if he has any trained doctors in Australia. In Europe we don't have organic oils and I am not sure if you can find that in Australia. You can follow the guide on how to find a doctor in your area here: hackmyage.com/find-a-menopause-doctor/ LMK if you need more help.
He never really talks about the patch and in the Menopause Method training I did with him, he barely covered it. He prefers creams and oils to a patch. I have Dr. Felice Gersh on again this Tuesday and we will cover this for you.
I would ask your doctor if you can give transdermal bioidentical estrogen a go. The oral bioidentical progesterone (not progestin!) and testosterone should be fine to continue.
