I’m from Essex, I’m half Scottish, I also travelled up for the game but by train and was lucky enough for standing section. Been to easily 50+ home games, best atmosphere I’ve seen considering we lost 3-0

@@juicybear7696 well the Scottish league has climbed from 14th in the European league rankings, to 8th place behind the Portuguese and Dutch leagues. We are at our highest ranking in my lifetime and now get 2 teams into the Champions league every season from a country with a population smaller than the city of London. Rangers and Celtic have also reached 3 European finals between them in the last 20 years. But don't let facts get in the way of your opinion you clown
As a madrid supporter I must say, what a team celtic have. Absolute machines in the press, literally did not let madrid breathe in the 1st half. Maybe if they'd sat back a bit and picked their pressing moments they wouldve had more energy for the second half which is when Madrid really picked them apart. Regardless I think Celtics fans can hold their head up high, that was an intense and great game
Our team is very much in its infancy and for the boys to go ahead and try play their game against the best in the world is something I take immense pride in. I think the scoreline was unflattering to us but ultimately the correct result. The balls to go for it against the best and not try and hunker down to scrape a result is what I wanted to see and really the only way to embed an elite mentality. Atmosphere was top drawer all night and I think it was very telling we were singing the manager's name and had an ovation for the team. We seen progress and that deserves to be acknowledged! Can't wait for the return leg in the Berna! hopefully you'll have comfortably qualified by then and be less motivated to destroy 🤣

@@frianowzki The banner 'fans' would likely have been there too. Unfortunately...the only way such unruly minoroties can be brought to heel...is by a club punishment. It doesn't matter how amazing the fans were in the match before, or even 100 matches ago.... last Saturday, they disgraced their cclub, as well as themsleves. I have admired celtic for nearly 60 years....now i will be 'clapping my hands' about the club that has been shamed and is the object of disapproval and derision of so many.

Los Blancos took control in the 2nd half, but the score line is deceptive, because it was a hard fought game. As things stand in UCL, Real Madrid are looking strong. The Old Firm clash last weekend was my first Celtic match. The atmosphere is and after-party was incredible. As a united fan it's an embarrassment Old Trafford hasn't got that passion and drive
Celtic park is a place like no other. Its not 1 of the best atmospheres in the world it is the best atmosphere in the world. Last nights atmosphere was not a 1 off, its the standard. We never stop.

We played really good in the first half and gave Madrid a challenge. We didn't make it easy for them. We also got really unluck hitting the post. We did really well considering Madrid are the best team in Europe. Celtic Park has the best atmosphere in the world.☘️

Hey Thogden! You need to go to a Swedish Capital Derby. Is amazing atmosphere there. Specially When Hammarby plays against any other Stockholm Team, for example AIK or Djurgården IF.
I'm a celtic fan and have been to a few games and let me just say... The atmosphere at celtic Park from all our fans is the absolute BEST atmosphere ever!
As a Celtic fan every defeat is hard to take. But more so when we had chances of our own but once again failed to capitalise on them. But that's the difference between a good team and a great team. Real Madrid where great after the break, but make no mistake they where luck not to be 2 down in the 1st half. Unfortunately that's why they won the champions league.
