Today, I ride some fabulous intermediate "flow" trails in the Mount Seymour region of North Vancouver, BC. Mountain bike trails on Mount Seymour are characterized as steep, janky and rooty with dozens of man-made wooden features such as ladder bridges and rideable skinny logs. So, intermediate flow trails are a rarity, and John Deer and Asian Adonis are two such trails. If you visit Mount Seymour, these are two of the trails I would recommend you start with.
