I left a hospital dying of cancer 50 years ago, went Vegan to get rid of the cancer & have not seen a doctor since. So because I would never, ever consider taking a drug/medication again & have no one to tell me I cannot eat grapefruit...I can have all the grapefruit I want! 😊😁😁😁 Looks so good!

I hace a video request… 😁🙂 Would you film a video about how much fruit you buy each grocery trip and how frequently you grocery shop? I know you have your garden that helps but for those of us who don’t have fruit trees or room for them, need help with how much to buy. I have a none vegan son and husband to buy for too. Trying to find that balance.
I used my new Nama today and it is a game-changer. Confession: I used a Breville before and I always juiced my pulp 2 or 3 times after my initial juicing; I tried that with the Nama and it certainly wasn't necessary and didn't work well; the pulp was dried out more.
I tried to use the nutra bullet slow juicer ... NO BUENO!!!! I am returning it and ordered the nama j2. I should have just made the investment to begin with!

Please don’t give up! I do get that ‘why bother, I keep trying and still end up feeling sickly often’ kind of thought, but coming back to platforms like Kristina’s always gives me hope and a sense of inner strength - and the conviction that I am not alone of this journey for self-healing and community ❤

Do you drink much water? Do you filter it? Aren't fruit and veggie juices very hydrating anyway? I need more hydration and do not enjoy plain boring water.
Any suggestions for a prediabetic, high cholesterol person? I thought fruit with a good amount of fiber would be good but in my case, my levels went up.
What else are you eating? Are you vegan? Diabetes, cancer, heart disease, & strokes all run in my family & when I went fully vegan(heavily raw), my scarily high bad cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood pressure all fell like a stone to just above normal in about 9 months. Doctor couldn’t believe it. It really is key to examine everything you’re eating. In the least, consider two tablespoons a day of organic pomegranate powder (i use Navitas) in your juice or smoothie as that helps dissolve away the blockages in arteries. My grandfather had two quadruple bypass operations. He was a top cardiac surgeon, but he changed his diet too late to save himself. I went vegan at 44 and the sooner everyone does that, the better it’ll be for each person, the animals, and the biosphere.

I drink a mix of grapefruit, oranges, and melon. It is heavenly!! All the natural vitamin C helps the body produce more collagen and that’s only one benefit. ❤ I’ll never stop juicing!

Hey Kristina interesting video. I'm curious why you're not eating the fruits and veggies to consume with all the fibres as a whole food, and what do you think of that a lot of specialists say that we need to eat our calories, not drink them.
Yes, me too. I have type 1 diabetes and have to count my carb intake for my insulin pump to give me the needed amount of insulin. So I'm thinking if I mono meals fruit just double or triple the amount of carbs according to what I'm eating. But with the juicing, I'm not so sure how to count the carbs for the natural juicing and what not.. any suggestions?
It’s because the body runs on sugar. It loves it, especially when it comes from natural sources. There has been a huge misinformation campaign since the 30s of the last century to convince everyone, that sugar is bad. And then there are allegedly studies that prove it. This campaign is aimed at keeping people sick (which some experts/doctors don’t know, they just repeat what they hear). Hope this makes sense to you 👍

I am skeptical about drinking juice. Is it too much sugar if we consume an 8 oz glass of juice a day? Maybe smoothies are better than drinking juice. Hope Kristina or anyone will answer this question to clear my mind.
It depends on your goal. You can make juice with low sugar, or green juice only, veggie juices etc. Watch her video about smoothies vs. juices and the benefits of each.

thank u for the alternative to grapefruit. Use to love them but they dont love me anymore. I will b trying the orange with the pineapple. My naturopath suggested to use the whole lime or lemon with the skin. It was a bit bitter so I stopped that. He said it was ok. Will be making this tomorrow. Have some pineapple and oranges and cukes ready to go. Woo hoo. . oh my I have to finish my celery and ginger juice first.

Yes, this diet is just what we need. Almost like miracle how it works. When you start doing it you can not go back. Have your own experience. You will see.
2 things: I made juice with the Nama juicer and then ran it through another strainer. I was so surprised at how much fiber was in the juice after juicing it. I also learned that fruit and veggie juices have soluble and insoluble fiber. This makes me wonder if certain companies say that veggie juice doesn't contain fiber due to marketing... I don't know, just a theory. #2 if you want or need more fiber, you can juice some days and blend some days or do both. 😊
To give your digestion a rest. Especially in the morning your body wants to detox, juices make it very easy. In times like we are living, where there are poisons everywhere and a ton of unnatural radiation, we have to adapt and help our body’s out a bit more. It’s also great when you are chronically ill! But of course, you don’t have to juice 😉
