I drink very special gahwa in Jeddah, same but color was pink. Thanks 4 reminder, during lockdown we drink every day the last gahwa (lawng, elaichi, daalchini,) next time we will try with black pepper.
JazakAllah for your support. The pink color tea is called kashmiri noon chai. That is a different tea than the kehwa. It requires specific tea leaves. 😍
Masha Allah... very interesting I'm very much interested in kahwa but I used tin boxes But these are unbelievable kahwa, But I didn't get pure Kashmiri zafran like yours
All the teas are wonderful. I think the flavor of the cardamom will be better if we crush them in stone before adding to the tea. Try, I'm sure you'll like it. Because whenever our cook crushes the cardamom, all the room smels like heaven.

Also the Khewa an awesome drink. I was searching for special kashmiri Khewa receive. In Kashmir people use yak milk instead of cow's. That also might be giving different taste. Love it❤
Mam,you are from kashmir.Can you please tell ,if we want to make this raw kahwa in powder form at home which 11 things (spices) are used and in how much quantity we should take in proper formula.It will be very informative for me and for viewers also.

This is not Kahwa at all .. Kah means 11 in kashmir and wa means ingredients, so that Kahwa is .. 11 ingredients se baante hai Kahwa .. ok understood Kashmiri woman? 😠
