Hi friends, join me today as I pressure can 7 pints of ground beef using the hot pack method in the electric Presto Precise Digital Pressure Canner I bought last year. I go over the steps that are listed in the quick-start guide. It is super simple and easy to follow! It was a super duper success! All 7 pints are sealed (popped) and are now shelf stable for months and not in my chest freezer possibly getting freezer burnt! Do you pressure can?
