@@pistolera7 DPS doesnt matter very much when TTK for all weapons is so high in this game. MK18 is the best advisor weapon for stealthy flanks because its the lightest advisor weapon and one of the lightest primaries in the game, which makes you run noticeably significantly faster, allowing you to quickly take a long flank and get behind enemy lines. Since youre catching the enemy off guard (and of course, using a silencer), the lower DPS matters even less. It also has basically no recoil. And of course, its just cool.
Great explanations and communication skills, Pistolera. Though I may not agree 100% with your choices, I think your tutorial videos are excellent source of knowledge for new players coming to this game.
@@pistolera7here is an idea for a possible video: armor or no armor. I used to think it was a waste though recently I gave it a shot and it seems it provides decent protection from collateral damage like friendlies walking next to your termites or hit by strikes. Been running it for a few and I can see it’s benefits. Another topic: M16, love or hate. It was my favorite gun when I started playing the game, then never touched it for a year, came back to it and is like getting back to your first love. It’s not about KD, it’s about how it changes you game, forcing you to be more careful, tactical, which I find it very appealing for this shooter.
Brand new to the game, love the video and commentary. Question: I assume it's personal preference but what's your reasoning behind no armor on most of the earlier classes? Would you recommend armor for beginners?
Hey mate, thank you! It just overall does not save you that often, so I would rather invest those points into something else. I've seen it work slightly against 9mm rounds. But bigger rounds I don't feel it does anything. Also, in my experience, I don't see any high rankers 1k - 2k+ using armour. But each to their own 😊.
Armor increases drastically your carry weight, which slows down your ADS time and moving around; most likely, you’ll get killed more times due to armor than being saved by it
Compensator only on big caliber weapons: PKM, M249, etc. Compensator on G36 is just placebo effect and it costs 3 points, pick flash hider and drop these 2 points on a better scope or frag/flame grenade.
Hey can u make more vid? :) love to watch it ;) Maby Gameplay Rounds ? And pls a setup Guide (Grafic) Sry for the bad English greetings from Germany ;) ^^ Stay safe ;P
@@midwestprepper4345 Wrong. I can absolutely tell the difference on how much quicker I kill people using a powerful rifle with high dps compared to a weak as piss rifle.
You should really post more! I think you would blow up, you have a really cool and welcoming personality, and are really knowledgeable about this game and guns not to mention the great game sense and aiming ability 😂 Do you have more videos? I was tryna binge watch but you only have 9 vids 😭
@@user-td7pp2pc9f aww thanks bro I really appreciate those kind words ☺️. I would love to post more! I really enjoy making the videos. But I also got a full time job hahaha 😅.
Dps is such a weird way of measuring the effectiveness of guns in this game, given that most guns kill in a few bullets or less, or have a high firerate to ballance out damage Then the use of compensators, compensators work best with drum mags completely counter acting the horizontal recoil added, but the benefits for three points are really marginal, one point to hide your bullet flash is far more handy if you can get used to it. Learning to compensate the recoil, and crouching where you can would make your builds a lot more cost effective.
@@pistolera7 I basically never use them because without it I feel like a blinking light 24/7. Basically only ever on the galil, as a gunner, sometimes but not often at all.
Armour in this game is more designed to protect you against explosives such as mortars and gredanes. I have over 1k hours and I have never felt that it made any difference with protecting you from bullets. I also rarely see any high rankers 1-3k plus players use armour and I see them advice against it. I personally would rather spend those points into something else and would also prefer to carry lighter so I can have that little bit quicker movement speed. This is PvP of course 😊.
If the choice of sight is rather an individual matter, then the choice of everything else is clearly debatable, with the exception of a smokegrenade launcher, sometimes situationally something needs to be smoked after all. Why? We get an improvement in performance by three points due to the compensator, the advantage of which is almost not felt, and we get + 2% to the weight due to the extended magazines, and the weight, in turn, already affects the running speed, aiming through the front sight and stamina, but this something significant. Yes, by placing regular stores and removing the compensator, you can spend the remaining points on a sight with a 2x zoom, and you will still have points, and it seems that there is no more sense either. However, for the same points, maybe it’s worth changing the rifle then? For the same 8 points, you can assemble a complex based on VHS-2: a flash hider (optional), a red dot sight (as an example), a smokegrenade launcher. Since this rifle has a higher rate of fire, it is difficult to control at first, but it is definitely deadlier than G-36K. Want something more stable? M4A1: smoke grenade launcher, scope + something else to your taste. If we talk about Kalashnikovs, change AKM to AK-74. Why? I will only say one word: rate of fire. Ok, I cheated, those are three words. And finally, attention to the question for connoisseurs: why not take kukri?
Best gun for me are in this order: MK 17 aka Scar kill two tap and enemy are down M16A4 with a drum mag Qbz aka headshot merchant really don't know why lol but headshot guarantee, the aug with the buckshot attachement and 42 mag the Sks with a drum mag this one is a sound orgasm lol, even more suppressed but not reliable, one game can kill everything moving and another 4 bullets into badguy means nothing
everything with drum mag...? Are you only playing coop? On coop best weapon is AKM + drum mag + loading grip because it can 2 tap every bot plus it will reload faster.
Cant agree about the smoke. I have never once been helped by the deployment of smoke, that I know of at least. The enemy seem to shoot through it accurately all too often, while you can barely see a single thing. Have I missed something?
@@pistolera7 Except I never use smoke, but it is possible every other person is using it incorrectly. Covering movement from one point to another, could be a legitimate use, as it is in real life. But in this game, I have yet to experience any need. The only impact I have experienced, is being blinded from effectively targeting the enemy.
@@tones7mca If you playing coop... the bots can see through smoke clouds. On PvP you need to do 2 layers of smokes in order to push safely without dying instantly, so you need A LOT of smokes to push. One rifleman with smoke launcher + 3 smoke grenades + heavy carrier will transform your load out because you can carry 3 40mm smoke rounds + 3 smoke grenades. The enemy won't snipe you from afar, so you help your whole team to push. I would say you're using your smoke grenades on a wrong way.
This gurl has more balls than those cod players. Making a content in a dying game. Oh by the way you could hurt some AKnerds feeling. Its just an AKM. Not a 47. Ak47 is a long long variant lost in time. There is no such thing now an ak47 even an authentic one cant be seen.
Listen insurgency sandstorm players are not attracted to op builds we are attracted to drywall and the taste of an insurgents adrenaline as we chase them through the map we are playing.
You're already a noob if you're pissing away rounds with your weapon on auto Aiming down a 1x scope clearing buildings, not switching to your sidearm in close quarter, or putting a AN-Pec 15 on your rifle. Walking infront of shooters so your getting flagged chasing kills. Yeah the shooter should have situational awareness, but the game doesn’t have peripherals so its really not doable. You need your teammate to be aware. Shooting off a RPG at one guy, pile into an objective so the enemy can just run up on you. Learn how to create a perimeter around the objective. Kicking a door then hesitating to enter causing your team to bunch up. Moving with out spacing, not knowing when or how to stagger. No bounding and laying covering fire so your teammate can advance. Not moving to cover, just running straight to an objective because you want 10 kills. Using a 249 incorrectly, not laying down suppressing fire. Laying on the floor covering a door with it. Not flanking objectives, drawing fire so your team can clear. Not know what a sector of fire is. Yeah its a game, but if you play it this way? You'll get a completely different experience, potentially more fun.
I guess you don't play PvP (push/domination) enough. There's no suppressive fire on PvP, the enemy will peak, put 2 bullets on you and... you are dead :DD
