Hi Jeff, your commentary about the architectural design & concepts, construction & construction materials are FIRST class... no one else does it like you, wonderful & not just a pretty face! I believed for a long time that amongst the world's best designers are Thais, e.g. P49 Deesign & Associates -- I hope you find one of theirs soon, The Oriental to W BKK but mostly overseas projects 70%. No I am not a paid spokesperson just a connoisseur of design. Just one "oops" an ugly washing machine is SUCH a eye sore why do so many do it? --- I hope to be in contact soon!

You mentioned the "air gap" between the units so that you don't hear your upstairs neighbors. Would be interested in learning more about that and how effective it is. I'm currently living in a Rhythem condo and certainly hear my upstairs neighbors as they slam their glass sliding door or just walk around with heavy stomping feet.

Really like the 2nd organic, modern one, but prefer the size of the 2-bedroom unit. The corner units get more light and views.

just wanted to clarify the glass "sexy bath" purpose... it's done because the bathrooms are internal, without any windows for natural lights...thus, instead of a wall, glass is used to let daylight in, and also to make the room seem a bit more open... it's not for peeping toms 555
