I believed for a long time that amongst the world's best designers are Thais, e.g. P49 Deesign & Associates -- I hope you find one of theirs soon, The Oriental to W BKK but mostly overseas projects 70%. No I am not a paid spokesperson just a connoisseur of design. Just one "oops" an ugly washing machine is SUCH a eye sore why do so many do it? --- I hope to be in contact soon!
You mentioned the "air gap" between the units so that you don't hear your upstairs neighbors. Would be interested in learning more about that and how effective it is. I'm currently living in a Rhythem condo and certainly hear my upstairs neighbors as they slam their glass sliding door or just walk around with heavy stomping feet.
The building spec sheet they shared with me shows a 50cm gap between each floor. I’m not an architect or engineer but it would indicate that your ceiling is not also your upstairs neighbor’s floor, that the two are separated by a gap. This would also mean that in aggregate, the building had sacrificed vertical space that would have otherwise been made into extra floors for the sake of air gapping. That’s why air gapped condos cost more than non air gapped ones.

just wanted to clarify the glass "sexy bath" purpose... it's done because the bathrooms are internal, without any windows for natural lights...thus, instead of a wall, glass is used to let daylight in, and also to make the room seem a bit more open... it's not for peeping toms 555
all you guys showing condos, why not tell us how many elevators there are, is there a service elevator, what make and warranty are the elevators, as I have had to use the stairs which I like but not with groceries
