I like most of the list, but the Beelink one. You can replace it with Beelink SER7.

Depends on what you're looking for. In general I would go for the MINISFORUM EliteMini UM780 XTX. Yes, I would recommend it for gaming. But you can't expect the same results as a large gaming PC. You may have to turn the graphics down a bit so that it runs smoothly.

For music you typically want less cores that are more powerful rather than more cores that are less powerful (given the choice). But pretty much any CPU should be fine these days. 5000+ passmark benchmark score is about the minimum I would consider.

M2 Mac mini makes the least noise. 2nd least noise maker is the Geekom IT13 with an i7 13700H CPU.

But I also have to say, that this channel is really doing the research, and and only present the newest and best options for the year not like others who present pcs from 2019. Anyway they all putting effort in the videos and i dont think that deserves a dislike.

Noise and heat are big issues, and it seems - after a few months - the price point drops drastically. Lots of experimentation still going on with all of these units.

Seems like the case. However, most of those are excellent Mini-PCs. Only the Beelink SER5 is a bit outdated. Should be Beelink SER7 with the great Radeon 780M iGPU instead.
