BEST MORALS EVER IN A MOVIE! Emperor's New Groove First Time Watching 

What I really love about this movie, in addition to Kuzco's redemption, is the hilarious comedy duo that is Yzma and Kronk. I love how they bounce off each other, and Eartha Kitt (RIP) and Patrick Warburton both gave it their all wth their voice acting.

Funny thing, this movie was meant to be a musical called Kingdom of the Sun but due to development hell it was changed to a non musical buddy comedy road film with a lot of influence from Looney Tunes.

Fun Fact: When the pieces of the bridge fall into the river, the four letters of the word DAMN can be seen falling one by one amongst the individual planks. Lost In Translation Fact: Pacha's (John Goodman) name means "Earth" in the Incan language. This could refer to his round shape, his green poncho, and/or his down-to-earth personality. Music Enthusiast Fact: Patrick Warburton improvised when Kronk hummed his own theme song when he was carrying Kuzco (David Spade) in the bag to the waterfall. Disney's legal department had Warburton sign all rights to the humming composition over to them.

Nice video! This is a movie I saw trailers of on my old Toy Story 2 VHS and then finally watched it on DVD at age 11 and thought it was fantastic! I'm glad I watched Emperor's New Groove! Yes, Patrick Warburton did a great job on voicing Kronk! He voices lots of funny characters. 👍👍👍👍👍

10/10 Boom, baby! "The Emperor's New Groove" is a rare hilarious Disney movie. It's very different from any other Disney movie so this movie might also be very watchable to you Disney haters out there. The movie pace is incredibly high and the music by John Debney and Sting are a real surprise. The movie really is a non-stop hilarious comedy with some unique humor. Also the style, both visual and story-wise is different from any other previous Disney movie, which in this case is a positive thing. The characters are great. Kuzco and Pacha are a perfect team. Yzma is a remarkable villain and her sidekick Kronk is hilarious. Yep, Laughs are guaranteed in this very hip and hilarious movie! The story really is of no importance and most of it never makes sense but that's also why this movie is both unique and hilarious to watch over and over again. Highly recommendable to everyone! 10/10

THIS is one of my favorite Disney films of all time. It's so hilarious and quotable! XD While "Kronk's New Groove" isn't as good it's still got some great laughs to it with the same feel as the first movie =) Worth a watch and the lesson is embracing who you are in spite of what anyone else (including your loved ones) may think of you.

look up "The Sweatbox" sometime- it's a semi authorized documentary about the production of this film and the infamous production challenges. Disney tried to keep it under wraps for the longest time but somehow a copy found its way out to the Internet...

1 of my favourite films. I got my lil sisters to watch this when they were smaller n they still love it to this day. They used to run down the hall after a bath to the living room n do the pose n go "BOOM BABY" 🤣

I think an important aspect that people glaze over is that Kuzco was raised by Yzma and he was only 17. We see how she treats peasants and I think it’s safe to say she taught him to be the same way which is why Kuzco finds no issue with forcing Pacha’s family out of their home for his birthday present/summer house. He’s just a kid and through a good influence in his life in Pacha he is taught him valuable life lessons which change him for the better.

I have no problem at all with you pausing to talk.. prefer it to missing some of the film and I LOVE that you use subtitles s so many reactors the film volume does not match the commentary volume and subtitles makes it easier to follow

You know? I think soup and salad along with the spinach puffs sounds nice as long as the soup is basically the entree.

I laughed like a nut when this came out. And when they got to the restaurant, I was completely gone!
