If you want the best sound, you need to ditch the microphone part. Get the best 3.5 mm audio connection helmet speakers that you can get. Then connect the speakers to a very high quality bluetooth Dac. amp. Then connect your cell phone to it. The cost is around $300 US, but well worth it. Also JBL speakers are not the best in this case, so do not waste your money on them.
Thought it was about speakers not advertisement for bluetooths. If you have an older Harley CB and Bluetooth you need two sets of speakers. Search and you'll find smaller. You have to wire up yourselves.
Can we do couple riding with music on these intercoms? Can my pillion and me connect to the same phone for music source? I'm considering buying one but would really appreciate it if any one of these can do this.
Not with the Sena, I can either have comms or music. There may be a way to pipe in music through mp3 while on comms but never got anything to work. Hope that helps as I am looking for the same thing you are, let me know if you find anything lol
Ejeas Q8 do allow to share music from the same source at the same time and also speak while the music plays but the sounds will mix and you won't understand sh*t😂 They're pretty cheap too, like 100 bucks a pair 👍
I’ve never used this sorta speaker in a helmet. Are these speakers honestly louder then stuffing iPhone 11 headphones into my helmet and wearing them as you normally would. I’m really only wanting them for music.
The helmet itself will make a big difference. If you have a helmet that is more quiet in general, the speakers are the way to go for comfort. If you have a helmet that has a lot of road or wind noise, stick with the ear buds. I had a shoei rf1200 that I used ear buds with until I got a sena 10s. Never went back to ear buds because the helmet was quiet enough that I could clearly hear my music. Now, I use a simpson speed bandit helmet and I'm back to using ear buds because of how loud the helmet is.
