So what exactly does the Analog 4 process on its inputs? I read in the manual that external audio goes through the effects, but does it also go through the filters and ARP?
Thanks for another great video! I'm looking at the MIDI implementation for parameter macros. Is the CV pedal input a mapping to the existing macros or something extra? Could I effectively get the same kind of behavior using MIDI pedal on MK1/AK to control parameter macros?
+Kevin Berg hey Kevin! The macros are essentially the same. So yes: with a midi controller of some sort you will get access to the normal performance macros, and they can control the same settings as the CV inputs can. Effectively this addition is 2 extra input sources for controlling the sounds. But I have never tried using a midi pedal so I cant vouche for how that actually would interact with the performance macros.
Hey Bo, do you know if it's possible to use a standard non-latching footswitch to start/stop the sequencer via the expression pedal inputs on the MKII? Cheers!
Nice . I ordered a matrix brute and waited for over a year only to find out that it wouldn’t be available for five more months . It pisses me off to this day as well as the shit song mode on the drum brute that’s not explained in the on line manuals correctly. And still I continue to use their stuff. Peace Christo ✌🏻👽😏

no every output should be able to control stuff but you need to set the voltage range. This is not something I know a lot about unfortunately as I have just made it work by trial and error. :)
ok thanks yeah the matrix has blown my head a bit let alone getting my head round the mk2 so i tend to have days of play and days ow writing as both together make the days for me a big session of at least 10 hours lol thank you for all your help i did see on the back of the matrix you can route out everything from it and i have no idea of the voltage range can you do damage to the circuits of both if there not connected ok just a bit worried look forward to more of your helpful videos
