1 cup Rolled Oatmeal (85g)
1 1/2 tablespoons Coconut Flour (12g)
1 teaspoon Baking Powder (5g)
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Eggs
2 1/2 tablespoons Stevia or Natural Sweetener (32g)
1 Apple
1 Carrot
1 tablespoon Melted Butter (15g)
1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
Bake in preheated oven at 360F (180C) for 35 minutes
