I'm sorry, 16 spoons of butter, not one of the spoons in my house is the size, why not just add the grams instead, you already listed the cup measurements

I used tapioca starch instead of corn starch and the consistency is thick and slurry, definetely not jelly-like as shown in the video. Is it because of the tapioca starch? 🥲
Тесто получилось идеальное, а вот начинка подвела, делала всё по рецепту, но начинка житкая, даже крахмал не спас. В следующий раз буду делать с другой начинкой.
