Best OBDEleven Mods For Mk7 GTI - I Show Some OBD11 Mods I Think Are Worth Doing! 

ObdEleven is a great tool for getting the most out of your Mk7 Golf GTI. You can use ObdEleven to unlock hidden features not turned on in your region. But most importantly, you can make your MK7 GTI Faster!

First I briefly go over what OBDEleven is, basically a dongle that you put into the OBD port of your Mk7 GTI. This combined with an app on your phone allows you to change some of the features of your Mk7 GTI. You can turn on or off certain features. OBDEleven also has the ability to allow you to long code certain features.
I go over 6 OBDEleven mods that I think are worth doing.
Beginning with Starting vibration reduction off, this will make your Mk7 GTI launch faster and harder off the line.
Turning off the soundaktor in the Mk7 GTI is also a must, it just pumps fake noise into the car making the driving experience louder than it needs to be and more annoying.
Windows up and down with the key is another must-do mod for the Mk7 GTI. I don't know why they just didn't turn this one on from the factory. It is very convenient and easy to use.
Auto-close, this one can be a love-hate thing. You don't have to press any buttons when you exit the car which is very convenient. However, if you close the driver's door all the doors lock so if you want to get something out of the rear you have to keep both doors open.
The Urban joke mod is a cool mod for the Mk7 GTI in particular as it's the only model that has this available. It makes the rear lights alternate in a cool pattern.
The last mod is mainly for tuned Mk7 GTI's, the throttle pedal response can be changed to be more aggressive. This will make the car feel much more linear in my opinion.
