I dont know how long its been since i have seen such a detailed video showing us step by step like if we didnt know anything. Great video man! Subcribed!
Great video. There is something I was looking for in your OBS playlist, how to mirror a source especially the video capture. I hope to get such a video or comment next time I come to check new stuff in your educational channel.
Hello thanks 🙏 Any reason why you want to mirror ? But If what I think is what you need, right click to the source you want to mirror and choose flip horizontal, it should give you a mirrored copy of your source. Let me know if this is what you are looking for
@@LiveProductionTips sorry about that question. Was frustrated about getting one camera to work in different scenes until o leant of copy and pasting source or adding existing camera. Thanks.
Hey bro, thanks so much for this, really helpful! Do you know of anyway to start the Facebook stream right from OBS? So press the "Start Streaming" button on OBS and it automatically starts Facebook?
Thanks for the reply! SAME. They slackin over there! 🤣Jk but really... But everything you showed was super helpful and will help our church livestream be successful, God bless you!@@LiveProductionTips
Thanks for this. But am having an error streaming (Starting the output failed: please check the log for details. Note: if you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date) Please how can I fix this
everything is like this only because Facebook contains a small image on the phone and horizontally. Is it possible to set the obs vertically? my camera for emeet streamcam one
You can stream vertical from OBS following the same steps in this video however I have never tested this with Facebook: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gPYsp8EXsyc.htmlsi=zGmSW51wh4y2dzuw
I don't get Facebook live. I see streaming in 1440p on some gaming channel but I can only stream at Source which is 1080p @60fps the trick is obviously 1080p/60 but the bitrate have to be 9.500Kbps if you going higher Facebook going to converter to 1080p not "source" and look worst since it look like is 30fps. WHY Facebook convert it source only at 9,500Kbps? I don't know. Still changing setting to learn how stream at 1440p since my PC and internet can handled easy
Yes officially only few people can stream 1080p60, but I learned that actually many people have been streaming 1080p60 no issues, actually anyone can do it as long as you keep your bit rate in check, however at this point anything beyond Facebook official statement is doable but kinda like" proceed at your own risk" so keep testing and see it may work for you. Just be careful do not be fooled to send high res video and have it compressed by Facebook into a even lower quality , Feel free to share your resluts or even join my Facebook group
Have you tried stream elements ? That would be an option for alerts and overlays/ if you need more advanced game streaming tips check out my friend’s channel @lascurry. If you only need to show comments/ chat I use a tool called social stream Ninja, I have a video about it if you are interested
Im in level up but my stream looks nothing like my twitch stream. Im streaming at 720 30fps and on facebook it looks trash. Ive tried going 1080 30&60fps. Lowered bitrates and still trash.
Officially no. You can check out the supported codecs on this page but if you wanna test you never know it may or may not work. Like right now you can stream in Full HD even if you are not in their gamer program but it’s no where to be found on the Facebook official requirements. facebook.com/business/help/162540111070395
You realize that 480p is standard definition and that’s what your viewers will see? But if you still wanna go ahead with it the best way is to set it up manually in OBS, 854x480 Facebook should receive it no problem. Bit rate around 2000 Kbps
@@Deb19770 the video you watched is for settings you probably should watch this one to make sure OBS is well set: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LAqYOmqS3WU.htmlsi=MQQVtqcjgpE36SVs
@@LiveProductionTips thanks so much for answer i have everything but dont see the camara on source and video capture device and on the computer i dont see “camera”
I am an American Indian from the Navajo tribe. I will be hosting a LIVE sales show featuring Indigenous peoples and I need to know if there's a better way of connecting Facebook (live streaming), OBS, Restreaming, and Shopify.... Sometimes I wonder if I am over doing it... Maybe I can save myself some money if I use less "connections". I'm a bit confused. Thank you for your time!
@@NavajointheCity I know with RU-vid you can connect your Shopify store and feature products on your live streams. With Facebook I am not sure but there is probably a way around it. If you need a one on one help let me know, you can book me here ; bit.ly/booksamlive
