Finally a fitness challenge that actually will make fun. I will start tomorrow, I'm excited! PS: I LOVE your videos! They are really fun since are not too hard and you don't feel like dying after Just 2 minutes. Keep going! Love Kiara💕

@@nicsnics681 well I don't know if it did but it definitely makes you stronger ,I actually added this challenge to my daily workout schedule ,I am intermediate I have been workingout for some time now ,but just some tips food is the base if you want to change your body ,I am sorry if this didn't help I am just being honest here and yes you can lose weight surely it will depends on your body type ,your level

@@nicsnics681 HI there! yes, Seoyeon is right about depending on your body type and level. My challenges are geared toward beginner-intermediates; I try to give people who don't usually enjoy cardio an easy way to get active and burn calories! If you are beginner level, you will definitely increase your strength and endurance through this challenge. Especially if you manage your diet alongside, you will also be able to lose the weight I mentioned in the video! At the end of the day, to lose a pound, you have to burn about 3-3.5K calories, so you can determine for your level and weight how much you can lose with this challenge and suggested diet tips! :)

As someone who is now five months into my health journey, I just have to say that I'm so baffled as to how you don't have a way bigger following yet! I have by now tried out many types of home workouts, and followed many a fitness youtubers HIIT workout - many either have way too complicated moves in a pace too fast which leads to improper form, or they simply aren't interesting. I've done dancing with Fitness Marshall as my daily Cardio, and done walking workout with bodyweight intervals. Your kpop routines are by far the most interesting, easy to follow, while still SUPER HIGH INTENSITY - (I mean maaan THE SWEAT i get from these vids). Your moves are easy to follow but super takes a lot of muscle engagement for great cardio burn. Keep doing you and I hope you gain a bigger following who can appreciate these workout!

Lost 1,5kg until I had to stop because of an injury in my leg. (happened at work not because of the exercises) I was at day 11 so I was almost there :( I couldn't measure myself because I lost my measuring tape but I can see a slight difference!!!! Will definitely keep these videos for cardio days after my leg gets better again

I've been doing your workouts for a few days now and IM LOVING ITTTT. I've never been so motivated (the song selections play a huge part in it for sure). I wanted to ask for some advice, how many videos should i do per day to lose weight? I've been doing 3 so far but I was sure if that was enough. Bless you and your videos! I am having so much fun

hi vivian do all your workouts make us gain muscles? ive been doing one of your videos for 4-5 days now but im actually curious if they really make you gain muscle since im targeting my waist tryna make it small so i do other workouts w yours to lose extra cals

Hi there! Almost all of my dance workouts activate your quads, hamstrings, and arm muscles (sometimes deltoids/traps) because of the range of movement - I would say a lot of Zumba does this but mine especially because I incorporate plyometric moves! However, you would lose fat before noticing large muscle definition, so you would likely notice weight loss/waist reduction first. Outside of this, dancing also is proven to engage your core and burn full body fat more than regular cardio as you need to maintain stability and power while changing movements, so they will lean up your belly~ For full-on abs, adding ab muscle work to supplement is a good idea! i'm currently loving this challenge! i'm trying to build up my endurance and stamina so i'm doing in addition to some other exercise. i just finished day 2 :)

@@VivianYuan i have returned and just completed the last day! it was a really fun challenge! i did have to take breaks/lower the impact a few times due to a very physical job i began (and quickly quit lol) so i was in a pain those days which ended up me taking longer to complete the challenge. i also switched some of the workouts because i just didn't care for some of the songs, but i was introduced to plenty of new songs and artists through it which was awesome too! overall, i feel stronger than i started and i had a blast doing it. after a few months of trialing your videos, you've definitely earned my sub vivian, keep it up! :)

My arms are lean like super thin....no matter how much i eat or do anything it doesn't change at all...i think the only way is to lift weight...buttt that's really hard...i only do home workouts and now I've been in a break for way too long and now i have lil belly fat...and i wanna get fit again...i hope my arms would change atleast a little...

My videos generally average 8-12 calories per minute depending on your size! The high intensity ones in particular will burn the most calories :)
