Wasn’t it false? the only proofs i saw were reddit posts and online articles from blogs/websites. But i also saw a picture from the police database stating that the reason she was arrested was for driving with a suspended driving license. And i’m pretty sure if that happened (that she committed manslaughter) both sides wouldn’t hesitate to bring it up, to back up her PTSD and other diagnoses, and also to just show her horrible past cause even if it was an accident it will still be brought up one way or another when talking about her traumas and mental illnesses. Another thing is that i highly doubt she wouldn’t service or go to juvenile or something cause she was 16-17 at the time, she didn’t yet peruse modeling at that time let alone acting, she was a nobody her parents were nobodies as well so there’s no way she got herself out of it if that actually happened. I hate amber but i don’t approve spreading rumors about people like that cause it’s just wrong to do so. But i also don’t know everything and i've only done like an hour of google searching so

The jury would have to be unanimous in her favor and they can't stand her, so her best hope is that they both lose, which is very possible. But she isn't coming away from this with money. Defamation cases are hard to win. The fact that a bunch of attorneys on LawTube think JD's odds are 70/30 at this point is pretty amazing, especially considering the law was changed after he filed suit in that state making it even harder for him.
i watched a tiktok which said elaine was recomended dr speigal by a collegue. She googled him and found out he was in the same state so wouldnt have to psy expenses etc so she thought excellent, called him blah blah u know . But the thing was she only found out after him being on the stand her mistake by her collegue as its not the one she recomended. But yeah f all they can do now, hilarious. I love karma
