That and how the stage is decked out. In Grown Little Man and Seriously Funny, there’s nothing on the stage but him and the mic. The stage production gets wayyyyyy more elaborate as he goes along to the point where it gets distracting in What Now? He brought it back down to a simpler setup for Irresponsible
