Only chefs cook books that I’ve used, where everything is so simple, hearty and is so tasty. They turn out extremely well every time. ❤ love this woman.

I’m gonna have to give the spring roll a fail. Way too loosely rolled, and needs some avocados ,some prawns, or frankly anything else... for taste. Add a little peanut sauce, or sweet chili oil for dipping. And this dish becomes fabulous.
Nigella, I feel you. My happy place is in my kitchen too. I look forward to my weekends so I can rest up and spend my energy cooking for my family. Not everyone will understand this. But.... to the ones that do, they know it's a comfort.
Thats a lot of turmeric... it must taste like a turmeric paste ... we keralites use half teaspoon of turmeric for this quantity of fish.. curry leaves, tomatoes , green chillies n chilli powder corriander powder etc makes it a real kerala fish curry

You guys are sooo Graceful eating the rice noodles! I wasn’t ready for her to practically shoot noodles out her Nose 👃!!! Great Show. You had a Christmas show many years ago and now it is messed up. I had seen it once but I always need to go back to see what I’ve missed the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on and you were at the market I believe but now that’s all I can see.
