Buzarnescu asked her coach for more advice, and once she got it, she is being sick of every body giving their opinion about tennis. How absurd is that!?
Daria kasatkina:a Coach is the best. And her attitude towards her coach is the best too. All the others don't connect with their coaches. They just are debating and arguing. Only Daria and her coach made this video look good.
🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️Miss the days when coaching during a match was prohibited - players were left to figure things by themselves and to overcome psychological barriers. That's why it was a thinking person's game.
there is two russian girls... both of them are good but philipp .. was probably the best for daria.. almost like soccer ooach... she fcked it all up ... by going out and doing drugs with her lesbian g.f. and trying to make everyone into lesbianhood. no joke.
I really like him. Elena is such a cool character that I feel like he can fire her up in a gentle way. He’s stern but also always reminds her of the strengths she possesses in between the lessons.
What they have seems to work really well and his on court coaching seems decent. I always just feel like he would be so stressful to have as a coach as he talks after every point some matches, that can’t help much.
I can see why Danielle Collins will never win a GS. Her arrogance and drama take away from her attitude and commitment to women's professional tennis. Terrible! 😩🤦🏻♂️👎🏻
Not Danielle Collins literally having a chronic disease - Rheumatoid Arthritis AND endometriosis and still being a Top-10 player. I'd call this a miracle, only it would be insulting to someone who went through so much pain for so many years to be where they are and you will never even come close to
Job of the coach is not to prove you are right! Your job is to motivate and help your player in a given situation!!! 😅 Darias coach was the only one who understands this!!
These players are obnoxious AF! I know they’re frustrated and all but to have such disgusting attitude when their coaches are trying to help and make them feel LESS ALONE on the court…is so unprofessional. But it’s all about the money, so coaches themselves are putting up with it.
@@Chris-q7w and everyone lauds her as the “Danimal” as some sort of feminist icon. But I would hate to be on the receiving end of her foul attitude as a coach or partner.
It’s hard to judge these relationships because there is so much leading up to these moments. Some of these coaches do a good job of motivating and also with dealing with their players negative emotions and insults but the some coaches might be trying to navigate their players difficult personality (if only difficult due to the stress of the match they are playing). The one coach who walked off should probably have been the end of their relationship no matter whose fault it was that they got to that point. I would be terrible at being coached like this and having people tell me where to hit the ball during a match would be extremely irritating. There are better, more productive ways to give those directions without making the player self conscious of what needs to be intuitive on court. Practice sessions are where you figure the mechanics of how you play.
In my opinion there should not be any coaching whatsoever in the game of tennis. Part of what made tennis so great, you have to solve things for yourself out there.
You gotta keep it in play.....yathink? Calm them or jack them depending on your intimate psychological knowledge of your charge. Then ONE suggestion. Ex. Change her up; more top; bring her in; one step in on second; take a bit of your first; jam her; thwart her favourite shot; go high BH on her..... and so on. ONE advice only. These players do not trust their coaches and who can blame them? They clearly are incompetent.
To coach WTA players is like being and mental Coacb basically - they are all up and down and the best thing you can do is to keep Them Positive otherwise all goes down tbe shit 😂.. i spent 6 months with WTA girls and it was a nightmare- its not about tennis - you are like their psychiatrist!! 😅
It looked and sounded to me that she just wasn't clutch. Missing on break points and serving bad in important moments, that's just nerves and loosing focus.
It's impossible to coach someone on court in 2 minutes:) .It works or not against someone. Especially Daria Kasatkina, Elena Rybakina or Garbine Muguruza. If you can that, you have enough time before the match. Every single day 3-5 hours long a day:) Last Time Coaching like Stefanos Father is not effective.
coaching during the match is ridiculous if a player doesn’t have the experience, the training and the mental toughness to figure out how to win then they are not pros. this not a team sport where it’s important for a coach to coordinate between players so a coaching break is understandable
Are you new to tennis? A lot of professional players don't have a super aggressive play style. Very normal. Collins' coach was quite literally saying the opponent is NOT an aggressive player. He probably prepared her by saying she would not be aggressive, so that's actually what Collins expected lol...Collins was disagreeing and thought she was aggressive.
In tennis, “aggressive” is a type of play. She isn’t saying she’s an aggressive player in a competition sort of way; she’s asking her coach if her assessment of the “type” player she is was accurate. In tennis, there’s many different styles of play from aggressive baseliner to defensive baseliner to an all-courter or volleyer.
Danielle is asking her coach the type of game style her opponent has since there are 4 different game styles: 1. Aggressive Baseline 2. Serve & Volley 3. Counter Punch 4. All Court Danielle thinks her opponent has an aggressive baseline style because her opponent is matching Danielle's aggressive baseline style. A counter punch style can match an aggressive baseline style too which is why Danielle isn't sure the type of game style her opponent has.
@@Mogirl21I wouldn’t put serve and volley there but rest is good. Serve and volley only relevant during serves. Serve and volley don’t matter when you’re receiving or during rallies.
The attitudes and the mental/emotional instability of these players tells us all we need to know about why the quality of play on the WTA is trash compared to the ATP.
