I like this better than F1. I like that these guys are willing to shave each other's fins in the corners, and knock each other around some.i'm sort of relieved that the future of auto racing (which this undoubtedly is) still retains that element. More of that, and you'll be right next to Indycar at #1 on my "watch list".
Is there a chance that you might start to upload the entire race from the drivers perspective? My absolute dream for the future would be that I could choose between the different driver's perspectives while the race is live. Excellent video as always, keep up the great work...
+Kiiing Julien interesting you say that, one of us keeps talking about this. At the moment it’s tough to cover whole races on onboards because with the swaps you need 40 of them...
Yeah, sounds like a lot of work but I am confident that you guys will figure out a way to do this or maybe something similar. Does not need to be in the next months but maybe for the start of the next season with the new cars and manufacturers :-)
I saw the race last Saturday night on Eurosport 1, my home driver António Félix Da Costa did a great race (2nd in Qualifying and 8th in the race), not bad! See you at the next ePrix!
ya Not for long. Combustion engine racing is already feeling the competition from electric counterparts and is going to be irelevant in the upcoming decade. Statistically even earlier than that.
Ofcourse, because petrol lobbyists have gained so much power over the last 100 years, because of the "free" market, that there is no room for electric cars right now unless they want it. They will do anything to make electric cars look bad. That being said, I think the batteries of electric cars are filled with toxic substances (like small batteries for everyday use) so it is definitely hurtful to the environment. Though, on the long term it doesnt really matter when you compare it to petrol cars.
