Best Option for Coffee When Backpacking: The Aeropress Go!

In this video I discuss one of my favorite methods of brewing coffee at home and on the trail: the Aeropress (‪@AeroPressCoffeeMaker‬). The aeropress go is a convenient method of brewing coffee in the backcountry. Everything stows away inside the cup for easy and compact packing.
I also use the Fellow Prismo attachement for the Aeropress, which in my opinion creates a better cup of coffee.

Great overview of the Aeropress GoI use the original Aeropress at home from time to time, but I love a good french press. After years of instant coffee, I've found it tastes MUCH BETTER, if you pre-dilute the coffee with an ounce of cold water. It helps re-hydrate it, and prevents the burnt taste. I save the fresh coffee, for those short trips when I bring good food, like a fresh steak!

I like a good french press too... But I think the Aeropress with the Fellow Prismo attachment achieves the same flavor, maybe even better. Thanks for the suggestion about pre-diluting the coffee.
