Every single peanut butter in the market calls themselves "high in protein" which is factually incorrect.
Moreover, most Indian peanut butters also use "hydrogenated soyabean oil" in their peanut butter which is linked to heart diseases.
If you want to pick a peanut butter, pick a peanut butter with only 1 ingredient: peanuts. The only exception is some brands that add whey protein to the peanut butter.
Note: I am not against peanut butter, I am against peanut butter marketing itself as high protein! I myself also consume peanut butter occasionally!
