The U.S. has too much toxic food. It's no lie. In the grocery stores , you have to be careful when selecting foods. That's why I try to select the most natural foods I can find. I make much of my own foods too. Glad you are enjoying pizza etc in Italia etc.

« Cassandra has European manners using a fork & knife. » It seems to be a "Pizzagate" or a "Forkgate" to eat pizza using a fork & knife in the US. :D I think everyone is free to eat pizza however they want, But it’s more convenient like this in a restaurant.
