to test the pan you can use a temp guage or just wet your fingers and flick the water on the pan, if it sizzles then the pan is ready to cook on.

I realize you can use plastic wrap under foil in the oven, but putting it on a hot pan as you suggest will just melt the plastic. I've only ever seen it done with a cold pan covered with foil.

Not Happy. Have gone to your website and there is no search tool. Looked under your recipes under your name and this recipe is not even listed??? Why put on You Tube if you are not going to put the recipe down below the video? Where is the recipe written out at? I don't do FB, twitter, Flicker blah,blah, blah.
