Pharrell doesn’t say anything for his producer tag he has a 4 count beat tho you can hear this on songs like alright and Tokyo drift I promise you once you hear it you’ll really appreciate his work as a producer

I respect his beat taste but he really does just loop a dirty sample for an entire song with a rough, flat drum loop through the whole song. That can work but his beats could definitely be better. Better mixing, more progression. He’s like a dumbed down Madlib
