These ribs are super easy to make and extremely tasty. They will take about 5-6 hous in a smoker , grill or oven. Be sure to maintain a temp of 250 degrees during the entire cooking process. Best ribs I ever made and they taste better than barbecue sauced ribs.
Remove the thin membrane on the back, put yellow mustard all over them and then use your favorite meat rub. Place in the smoker or grill at 250 for 4 hours and remove. Place on foli with butter and bown sugar on both sides , wrap in foil twice and cook an additional 2 hours and walah... you have perfection.
For a smoker, you can use whatever wood you like. I use mesquite and hickory.
