Not bad kid. Keep up with it and trust me someday you'll make a very great chef. U have the will and spirit, now all u need is the skills. I wish u good luck.
You don't need to add it if you don't like it. Either way, with or without, whatever you think you will like better, go with that way. I hope that helps. - it's not a necessity to have it added in. Thanks for watching !
Best Rice Krispies Squares Recipe I'll show you how easy it is to make this classic treat. Rice Krispies squares have been around for a long time, and there's a reason .... kids just love these ! +Bernardine Fisher Hi Bernadine, yes, you can, this is easy to cut with cookie cutters, - you will want to use a good sharp one, which will define the edges a bit better. Also, if you find them sticky, just put the the tray of them in the fridge for 15 minutes and this will firm them up and they will be much easier to cut and will be less sticky.
homemade once taste even better! Thanks! yum of you don't have vanilla it's okay! just add a little sugar in ur butter/marshmallow mix! I used the cheap no brand rice Krispies & it was Good! without vanilla
Hi Nadia, I use 30 marshmallows in this recipe. I don't know how many minis would be equal to 1 large ( regular sized ) marshmallow, I'd Google it and see if somebody has an exact equivalent. I don't wish to guess and have you get the recipe wrong. Google is always your friend, I'm sure you will find the info you need. I hope this helps a little bit for you.
Hi Rasia, I'm a bit confused. I'm just using a regular pan, you can use a pan, a frypan, anything you like to do this, the pan doesn't have to be of this size. I hope this helps.
Hi Manjula, I have so many videos on my channel, perhaps whipping through them quickly on my main channel page, and see if something interests you. So many to choose from :-)
Hamda Yusuf Hello, please look at the "discussion" tab on YOUR RU-vid channel. I've left you important info there about comments, and why I can't reply to yours.

Hi there 🙂 ahh ! that's really great to hear ! I'm glad that you enjoyed the video and that it was the most simple and straight forward out of a bunch you watched ! It's really awesome to hear ! Now I want Rice Krispies squares hahaha ! Thanks so much for watching ! 😊
Hi scottyohmygod5661 thanks very much for the kind comment mate :-) I hope you enjoy my videos, and I hope you try some of them, if you ever do, please leave me a comment.
Hi TmanD54, The recipe will still turn out without the vanilla, if you don't like vanilla, the vanilla just gives it a nice kick of flavor, but no, you can skip it if you don't like vanilla. A great, fun treat to make. Thanks for watching TmanD54 !
Hi Rasia, ah ! no wonder I was confused :-) I'm using a portable hot plate in this portion of the video, I use this so I don't have to walk over to the stove and set up my camera there also. It does the same thing your stove does, the heating element on it is the same. At your home, you will just heat on the stove top, over a low heat.
Hi tracy !! 🙂 It's *never* too late ! haha. Thanks so much for watching ! and thank you for visiting me here on RU-vid. I am happy you enjoyed the video ! if you are on Facebook, please come say hello ! facebook.com/bakelikeapro
Hi Syazwani, these can last for a good week. You will notice that if not in an air tight container, they will get a bit soft, so I suggest a good air tight container, and well... eat them up while they are fresh. Technically they could last 2 weeks in the fridge, but I'd keep it within a week period. Thanks for watching :-)
Hi Nohemy ! yes, easy to do, you will enjoy these. You could mix a little chocolate powder in ( cocoa ) or you could melt a bit of chocolate, like chocolate chips and mix that in. Whatever way you want, it's 100% fine. I hope your rice krispie squares recipes turns out great for you :-)
MEN!!! I can bake you a triple chocolate stage cake or soufflé but I don't understand why each time I try to do this delightful chilhood favorite desert I cannot succeed!! :((( I guess I should of found your video first hahhaha!! IAM SURE THIS TIME WILL BE THE GOOD ONE!! OMG O_O HOW MANY MARSHMALLOW BAGS I'VE WASTED :) thanks alot
Sharlie. Ca Hi Sharlie ! LOL your post post made me smile. I do hope you try it out, and hopefully you have success with it :-) Thanks much for watching too :-)
Hi australizz, I will have to try these soon :-) I may even do a video on it. I already have an idea in my head, but will save the surprise for the video if I do it :-) Yes, sounds very good. And - yes pine nuts are expensive here also. I like your ideas, I will have to play with some of them next time, thank you :-)
Hi australizz, Wow, sounds neat. I've never seen it done as a Birthday cake, but I can almost see it in my head. It would be fun to make it, make it round, then cover it with chocolate ! I have never seen it done with pecans or pine nuts, or any type of nut, but that's a really great idea ! I can see how it would make them extra great ! Thanks for your comment :-)
I actually baked it once and it was very good. So now I always bake it at 350 for only 5 to 8 mins and trust me is amazing. It comes out with a toasty flavor.
Hi Manjula ! Glad it turned out so well for you, great to hear ! Enjoy :-) A great simple snack that everyone seems to love :-) Thanks for watching Manjula ! :-)
Christina Moreno Hi Christina, that's great to hear :-) I'm glad you tried them out. These always give me memories of being a kid, when mom use to make them. Thanks for watching Christina :-)

Yup, feel free to play around with the marshmallows... add a few more to change it up, or use fewer Rice Krispies. Once you get a ratio you enjoy, lock it in ( write it down for future use ) Thank you for watching my video 👍 If you are on Facebook, please stop by my page some day: facebook.com/bakelikeapro
Hi Andy, this idea goes way way way back, I remember my mom making these for me many years ago, not a new idea, but a real fun and yummy treat. Thanks for watching Andy :-)
Chinwendu Ramsay Hi there, I'm glad you found me :-) you can store it in an airtight container on your counter top, - there is no need to keep it in your fridge. If you find it melting, then you can pop it into the fridge to chill it, this will help with cutting it. So check... if it feels super sticky, then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes and then it will be better. I hope this helps and thank you for watching :-)

Oh sorry I know! I meant to! It just took me ages to figure it out for myself so thought I would post it for general viewing. Makes great rice crispie treats by the way

Yes, it's extract. Stay away from *essence* Essence is fake... it contains no vanilla.. it's chemically created. Thank you for watching my video 👍 If you are on Facebook, please stop ✅by my page some day: 🔻 facebook.com/bakelikeapro ✅
so, the TRICK to this recipe is to let the treats cool down completely??? I need to make 3 dozen, so my next question is, do I make 3 batches or triple the recipe and finally, can you microwave the butter and marshmallows?
Lulu Hoop Hi Lulu Hoop, the cooler the Rice Krispies treats are, the more firm they are, and the easier they will cut. If you have a pan large enough, you can certainly increase the recipe. You can also microwave the butter and marshmallows, some people do it this way and it works well.
BakeLikeAPro one last question, (and thanks for your response btw…) how many cups of MINI marshmallows equal 30 lg? (if you know) I always mess up marshmallow treats and I really want to make this right! ;)
+Nika Saint Paul condensed milk does not contain any vanilla, and it would not be a replacement for the butter. You wish to change a number of key ingredients in the recipe, so I can't really give you accurate info on how it would turn out.
Nice video..I'm impressed at how they didn't stick to your spatula as you were flattening them..I really feel it's important to use Kellogg rice crispy cereal if you want that crunch..cuz I used a no name rice krispy cereal and they didn't have that crunch..would you agree with me..thx
I don't really know about the no name stuff, but you could be correct. If you spatula is sticking to the Rice Krispies treats, you can just spray a bit of oil ( veg spray in a can ) onto the back of the spatula, and this will help with the sticking problem.... Thank you for watching my video 👍😊
Mike Walter Hi Mike, I guess you have decided if you liked it or not by now. The only thing that will happen is that it will be a bit more greasy, but I don't think it would be that much of a problem. If you ever think you have over-sprayed, you can just wipe some out with a paper towel, or use a silicone brush to remove a little bit.
Jessica Fantage Hi Jessica, ah thanks for watching, and thank you for subscribing to my channel :-) I appreciate every one of my RU-vid subscribers and that includes you, so thank you :-)
Hi Bella Rose, yes you can, I can't give you exact measurements, but I would suggest asking Google and you'll find a recipe that you can use your marshmallow cream with.
+BakeLikeAPro In my comment i replied saying that my marshmallows burned. It did happen but it still worked :) IT WAS VERY YUMMY!!! I strongly recommend it to everyone that watches this video!!!
vincentius sakunyart Hi vincentius, yes I do try to answer most questions, if a question has been asked 10 times I still try. Thank you for subscribing too, I appreciate that :-)
Alexandria Diaz Hi Alexandria, I hope you had a fun time making them, and that they turned out great for you.... and yes, super easy to make :-) Thank you for watching !
Xaara Venus Hi Xaara, oh yes ! any brand of marshmallow will do... whatever you have, use it. In the end, they are all the same. Good luck if you decide to try it again :-) --- and if you do, please post a picture on my Facebook page !
