Matt - just want to say thank you for all you are doing! I was trying to learn about Saunas and learned a ton from you. I took your advice and went with the Radiant health sauna and couldn't be happier! My family is all using it and very much enjoys it. I had no idea how much I would use it or feel the benefits. My skin is much cleaner and I sleep better. Hopefully also detoxing as well. . It was super easy to put together and looks and feels top quality! Do you know anything about hyperberic oxygen therapy chambers? That is probably another great item for you to consider. I am having a very hard time finding anyone like you who is an expert and willing to share on that device. Thanks again!

Hi Matt, Thanks for the advise! I'm looking for a sauna to buy for our new build house. Really stuck with the options, and of course being influenced by the sales people and all the advertising. We really appreciate and loved your videos explaining all the details, telling us what and why. In one of your past video, you mentioned that all the far infrared saunas are pretty much the same, they functions is to help us sweat, why spend $2000 more for a premium brand, or pay for their advertising fees and sales. Then in this video and some other recent videos you have clearly recommended Clearlight brand saunas, while you did recommend Radiant health saunas. Assuming you are not working for any of these companies for testing or recommending. The machine you used to do the test, can we get one from Australia? what is it called? We're in Australia, have not found some brands you mentioned. but There are some online ones looks pretty professional, and some sauna companies in Australia too. Would you be able to help us with that? Really appreciate!

Hello Matt. I am on the fence with purchasing a home sauna. I do go to the gym 3 times each week and use a particular sauna there. The brand is Great Infared Health Systems. It concerns me that I do not know the safety of the sauna, ie. EMF’s . I have not been able to find any info on this sauna company. Can yo shed some light on this brand? This will help me make the decision to buy or continue using this sauna. The cost for an inhome sauna is a concern. Thank you so much!

Hey, I appreciate you cutting through the fluff of this industry. Have you had a chance to compare one of these saunas to a traditional finnish sauna or one with a German electric heater in a finnish sauna? I ask because I never liked infrared saunas because I didn't sweat really and would feel drained after...but I had the opportunity to do a German/Finnish sauna in Spain when I went for medical care and I sweat FAST - within a couple minutes- and a lot- and so good. I would sincerely love to hear your input on this. I am very passionate about this now after this experience and trying to figure out some options to get that here. Thank you so much!!

I heard NIR Near infrared sauna is the best one to buy. They look a lot different then the Far infrared ones. I am looking for maximum benefits, inflammation, joint deterioration, arthritis, skin, detox mold, metals etc. Anyone have any suggestions. THANKS!

I was talking with a Sunlighten sales agent and they told me they only sell 20amp units because 15amp units are "cheap Chinese garbage". That's not an option since I live in an apartment. Are there any negatives to getting a 15amp unit?

I have been diagnosed with Lyme and co infections and need to purchase an infrared sauna to live a normal life. I don’t have a lot of space and have a chance to purchase a used dharani s1 full body sauna. Will this do the same for me as a larger more expensive sauna. It claims to heat to 65 centigrade but actual temp between 50-55.

Two weeks ago you had the Clearlight Sanctuary 1 on the approved Sauna list. What has changed? The glass has always been part of the Sanctuary 1 design.

Where are the radiant saunas made?

I sweat a lot. There is a big puddle under me at the end which I lift out and pour into the bathtub while rinsing out the catchment. How do you get these nicer wood FIR saunas rinsed out and clean without taking it outside on a hand truck and blasting it with a garden house while tipping it over?

One of the things I heard is that with the two heaters in the front of the sanctuary one it gets hotter than the radiant health 1 person. I have the near infrared panels so I don’t need my sauna to do that, though it would be awesome to have an all in one. But because those two panels are heaters I hear the temperature gets hotter. I’m trying to find a low emf highest temperature infrared single person unit. I keep flipping back and forth between sanctuary 1 and radiant health. Sanctuary one is esthetically superior by far (in my opinion). Have you noticed the temperature difference between the two?

I'm sorry but you don't come to the right conclusions about the difference in fir and nir, as photobiomodulation doesn't work over 45 degrees celcius and has some specific dose necessities (that are not as most rlt brands put on their site, they are utterly wrong as well) and fir is there for HSP which is something completely different as you are well aware of. Also i noticed in old videos you say wifi an bt are the rf sources yet DE is the real culprit and aren't measured by your meters. I could go on and on but we shouldn't do this here in comments
