Go to the "Advanced" tab, then find out for the and check on the "libvdec.sprx" on "Firmware Libraries". It should fix it, but probably the videos will be still stuttering

Same here, running into this same audio problem

Same, but I read a lot and it seems that mgs4 is playable without a custom build of Rpcs3. Just need the canary patch (look for it on the rpcs3 wiki and loof for mgs4) I got the same audio problem, but I read that it could be an error on installation (when the game install the Act) I’ll try it this week, to remove everything and restart.

Turns out this guy is using a custom build of RCPS3. apparently now with the new updates of the base emulator, you can play the game, but I haven’t gotten it working yet. You should look up a new tutorial.

For anyone here still wondering different builds or versions of rpcs3 have added or removed settings some are only available on older builds as I believe they are either integrated into new options or not needed anymore
