@@tingy1233 after an year i dont know if network speed and ping affects it but now its feels much better and i play on raw input on.

Would like to see that as well ! (I would also like to see streaming and not only recording. I just want to stream without lag, but if i need to record because my pc can’t stream then it’s fine). Oh yeah, i also use OBS btw ;3 (don’t need to do the how to have an overlay, I already made my own and stuff. I only need the fix the lag while streaming)

REMachina i also have this issue. I have a gaming laptop with 1050ti and apparently osu is not supported with nvidia optimus which causes lag spikes to our game :< By turning on compatibility mode in osu, the issue was fixed but my latency is stable at 2.3-2.4 ms

@@StubbyBread so basically osu is not supported for any Nvidia gpus? Do streamers normally play osu with the intergrated graphics card?

@@isellgimbap laptops with integrated and dedicated gpus have issues when playing osu so osu recommends to turn on compatibility mode for nvidia optimus. The dedicated gpu needs to move the rendered frames to integrated gpu because your monitor is connected to integrated gpu and both gpus work together in order to output the frames

Using igpu in osu causes lag for me so I run the game through my 1050ti set in the nvidia settings and windows settings

​@@isellgimbap osu supports all Nvidia GPUs it just that gaming laptops that has integrated GPUs have problem regarding rendering frames. No, streamers use their dedicated graphics card (if they have dedicated gpu) when they are playing. (I am talking to PC side)

don't recommend ltsc myself because it blocks some things because microsoft is shit i use education edition, it's nice

In the osu! settings there is a section called 'detail settings' 1. make sure 'background video' is enabled 2. scroll down the settings for 'background dim' change the dim to a lower number to display the opacity of the video during gameplay
