People use to forget how useful First Officer and Magician are in solo queue, they're great options due to how self-sufficient characters are, they don't depend on external elements like support or requirements to use their items freely.

When you play norton these will come: 1. Bloody queen is your rival 2. Your magnet miss 3. If you play on phone that stupid cancel button on the left stick will cancel you ( please tell me theres a way to remove it ) 4. Someone else gets the magnet and not hunter 5. You forgot to switch and you pull your self to hunter and get hit ( and worst down ) 6. You rescue with magnet, 5 seconds later they dead 7. Ping

I think Qi Shiyi suffers from the same problem as Acrobat. Most of the players are unaware of her debuffs. The amount of times people just don't take over gates from these two characters and just let the Hunter teleport to a 80% opened gate is far too many.

As a Prospector main, I really don't recommend using him if you are new, unless you are very familiar with map geometry or kiting routes. In case that you want to use him on high tier Also other tips Don't throw them in the open, always aim them, or put them in places that the hunter has no other option to go towards you

when was i soloing rank... antiquarian was my biggest fear, they always hit the air on my matches...

As a solo rank player i play rescuers most of the time, having a good first rescue is essential to the victory or a tie, especially if the first kite was bad. My biggest strategy as a rescuer is trying to keep my teammates alive until 3 ciphers at least. The only bad thing about playing rescuer with randoms, is that some randoms will try to steal your rescues not respecting your job. and others will go toxic bc you didn't body block the first rescue.

As a solo rank player, the best characters to a draw/win streak for me are Annie and Enchantress, i just love support characters xd

There are so many times I had to rescue as a minds eye. And I HATE it.

Yeah I indeed think First Officer is really good in solo

For soloing queueing, your gonna lose a lot because of teammates, so I would put the top few on strong kites and rescues so you have extra points you don't lose when you lose

As lucky guy player mainly having a 40% win rate in griffin, it’s definitely possible to play Low tier characters at mid tier if you got good game sense

I actually voted the same characters in your top so not much to say here 😂. Thou maybe i put magician 1 place instead of antiquarian(2 place) since he is more consisten in my eyes but is not a big deal to be honest .

Ento is REALLY easy to play tbh (no insult to Ento mains) + she is strong, if you can't rely on your teammates (and who can with randoms) rely on yourself! Gravekeeper might not be THAT strong but his latest buff really helps atleast not beeing the first kite ore atleast holding on for a little while soo I gues mainly his kite ability is what would make him a good pick here. He usually eather guarantees an good early kite ore when everything goes down one can get atleast the hatch even when hurt / against an detention hunter. Also Priestress, she is meza for a reason! She is strong! And jet again, many solo players can't rely on there teammates so not going on chair in the first place means you also won't be left there by your teammates (ore they try and get TS!) So a good kiter is yet again great and fr her portals are WAY TO EAZY to use + amazing for kiting!

For antiquarian, I feel like she's just a bit inconsistent (Last played a patch or two ago, so correct me if I'm now misinformed). Her hitbox with the staff just felt off, with misses hitting and clear hits just missing. I've asked other people about it and they also had similar issues. If they fixed it, then yeah, she's definitely powerful for sure.

A big thing with perfumer is some hunters will choose to go after her first because they consider her free presence. A hunter whose confient they can get someone down see you as free points!! Dont get me wrong i play her a lot lol, just something to keep in mind.

I always carry tide with prospector in rank and it's useful even if i'm the first kite because of his skills

The best one is professor(biased) because of the one normal hit damage mitigation and his shield, the amount of Antiquarians who would lose their staff at 4 ciphers is astounding. For Survs like magician and officer, people just need to pay attention to the ground more and learn to 360 hit. If you see the markings on the ground then just do a lil spinny and you'll most likely hit them.

As an Explorer main, 91.7% times I am the last and only fella to go for rescue every time. Random people in ranks are from another planet where logic is negative.

As a Gravekeeper main I was kind of surprised he was voted in since people usually don't seem to think he does well in my experience. That or I just don't usually see people talk about him at all. But then again, I am lower tier. It's just rare to see other people play him. He is easy to play even when you don't know his drop down ability.

When the buff for thief is added, I’m pretty sure that he will be one of the best characters to solo queue with. This is because he will be able to disable the hunters ability without having to flash them in the eyes and will always fast vault no matter what. Further he is a free character unlike others. His only cons is that you won’t be able to see what’s behind you and will have a smaller calibration. However since his buff isn’t implemented yet, it may be adjusted.

Honestly I disagree with ur top 5, 3 and 2. I do agree they're strong soloq characters, but over the ones behind? Not really. I am an avid defender of FO, he is really good and can be very confusing for hunters, but he really has more downs than ups to be on the top 3 imo. First that he is countered by bonbon and no one will really go chase him, max will happen is ppl hitting the air for a while and then leave, and during rescue you can still be blindly hit. But not only that, but also he has the slowest decoding of the game (considering only rescuers), so it makes him a really bad choice sometimes. However, I do agree that he is one of the best rescuers for SoloQ and he's been pretty popular recently. Now about Magician, I do agree that he is really strong and I've been having some problems with high tier magicians (I'm cyclops), but I think he doesn't waste as much time as other survivors. He does have a mini flywheel when he uses his skill, but it's not as if it's as strong. And lastly, I think Prospector is kinda really inconsistent, people usually play him because they're attracted to him and don't usually pull of the best magnets. Imho he is really a 8 or 80 character. He will either be super good or super bad, the player needs to have a huge spatial awareness. He is really good at harassing hunters when someone is ballooned tho. Out of the 3 I've metioned I'd only remove Prospector and instead add Cowboy. I think Cowboy is way more useful and easier to pull off and their mains usually rock hard! Not only he is extremely good for harassing, but also he works very fine for kiting. His lasso enabling him to go to pallets and jumping over the hunter can be really annoying. I think in general he is the best support for rank (yes, better than priestess cuz not only she is usually banned, but also many times priestess mains don't know how to portal effectively) and is definitely a great character to make the hunters mad! My top: 1. Merc (super consistent) 2. Cowboy 3. Enchantress 4. Perfumer 5. FO 6. Antiquarian 7. Magician (but adding a decoder to the list, I'd say Luca, as he is way easier to use than Mechanic).

The problem with these survivors is that everyone is playing them. It's always 3 kiter and 1 rescue. Players shouldn't pick the role which someone already selected.

Priestess is #1 in my books BUT, she is banned 95% of the time so the chances of using her are pretty low in rank. I'm really shocked that doctor is not on here. She can be an absolute pain to deal with, fantastic in support for both herself and others with no decoding de-buff. Forward a little bit surprised because he is meta in major tournaments but for solo rank he's probably not the greatest.
