@@Guts23. are they for sparring purposes? Without knowing the measurement around your palm I cannot tell but to be safe I would guess small

@@Guts23. I would ask your parents for a tape measure. Remember it is measured from the outside of your palm and around the hand :)

You keep moving your hand so fast I can't see the thickness in the padding without pausing the video. When I did it looks a tad bit thin to spar hard in.
