The RB button issue is likely because "it's Windows". The Deck's drivers and hardware components might not be communicating with Windows in "all the right ways" so your inputs (button pushes) might get dropped.
It's pronounced val-v, as in the mechanical device that controls the flow of fluid/air through a passageway. But I understand how the logo can be confusing to people who are unfamiliar, lol.

I've only been playing on steam deck too since I got it haha. And also played Potion Permit and Disney on it, it runs very well. One of my faves on the steam deck is Cult of the Lamb, I prefer it so much more than on PC, idk why 👀 I've seen people playing FF14 on the steam deck too, haven't tried it myself - plus I'm used to m+kb and not a controller for that game. Btw, is that a pink case you have or the sticker kinda thingie (i forgot how it's called... skin?)? Looks very pretty!
My Steam Deck should arrive in the next day or two. I was thinking of streaming Genshin from my PC or PS5 to the deck. Really don't want to install Windows on the deck.

Lol Ayaneo Air may “look better” but the Steam Deck has better support and power. The only thing the Air has better is the OLED screen. It’s also more expensive then the Steam Deck.
ayaneo is $1000, doesn't run as well as the steam deck, has a 1080p screen but can only run games at 720p, has no ifixit support, has no steamos and so much more uncomfortable
