I absolutely love these exercises. When trying to pinpoint where pain originates you can't go wrong, if you don't get the desired result at least you haven't done any harm with these gentle stretches, just move on to the next video until you find relief. I work long hours on my feet and this whole series is a tremendous help especially at the end of the day. Thank you
Just wonderful, I have been researching "leg cramps associated with sciatica" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Sonictoria Stupefying Smasher - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? It is a great one of a kind product for discovering how to stopping your sciatica without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my neighbour got great results with it. @Richie Smith
Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about "what is the best natural remedy for sciatica?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Mapilarrna Ease Back Idea - (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my colleague got amazing results with it.
And doctor sorry but you are wrong. The pain is from the spine. The pain is coming from the tailbone into the leg..through the channels where the sciatic nerves exits the tail bone.. every single doctor has misdiagnosed all of these patients and failed to treat patients. I have developed a cure for this syndrome. Treatment. Lol this is so crazy Cure for pirformis. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wzLjMBd41oY.html

Hi. I am suffering right now with pain and some of the stretches help but I still have severe pain on my left hip down to the front of my thigh to knee. Although pain originates and shoots down from left side of back to knees only. None at the back of thighs.. is this still sciativa? Unable to weight bear on left leg at the moment many thanks.
Thanks! Great video. I enjoyed the piriformis exercises video as well. Question about the laying piriformis stretch: Is the goal here purely piriformis-side knee to opposite shoulder? I like the stretch both pulling the affected side and pulling the non affected leg to assist with the stretch, but I find when I pull the non affected assistant leg it externally rotates my affected hip (moves the knee away from the opposite shoulder...) It feels great both ways, but I was wondering if I should mix those movements or not. I understand internal/external hip rotation is complicated with the piriformis, so just checking to see if playing around in that position is beneficial or if I need to strictly pulll the affected side knee to opposite shoulder or pull non affected assistant knee which seems to externally rotate my hip and move affected side knee away from opposite shoulder... Thoughts? Thank you so much, Charlie
I've had a hip replacement due to hip pain however not cured the problem still have constant pain in upper thigh grion, hamstrings, now it's worse as now calf and in foot, on leg raise do you force it up or stop when pain, if stop when pain can only raise 90 degrees, is this sciatica?
@@mercenary5463 Y? hrmm thats a tough one to anwser . many people have different reasons to cause them to have injuries in the first place . eg. you can have pririformis syndrome , then injure your back and then even knock your head and get a headache too . you can keep adding to injuries . just like you can add to recoveries .
@@Activchiro 👌🏾 loud n clear. Thanks for the clarification. I have a disc hearniation and at the same time feel alot pain at the periformis. Been practising your exercises lately and have had some relief. Haven't felt this good in a while
Hi, Question for you. I get pain just below the buttocks in back of legs and little in back. Sometimes tingles/zing in left buttocks where leg meets back of leg. I've been told it's L5/Sacrum. What stretches do you suggest?

I do all these stretches daily but even then I have pain sometimes in hips , side of my Right leg . I feel very tight while sitting cross legged . I don’t know why it’s not fixed .I take care of postures even then .what can be the other reason apart from sciatica & piriformis syndrom
My pain is slightly above the butt on the right side .. I’ve been diagnosed with sciatica and have lived with it for well over a year .. every single day .. stretches don’t seem to be fixing it .. other suggestions ?
A big thank you, I was walking like hunchback of notre dame and after doing some of the stretches I feel relief from the pressure, I can walk upright again with slight pain in lower back, but much better than before, also thx for pointing out the difference between the 2 conditions
Im confused about the straight leg raise. At first you say, if theres pain, theres a chance of sciatica. Then you say if you dont have pain or if its worse, its piriformis syndrome...
