Thank You for sharing your Awesome Video with Us ! Yep I had that Piriformis Syndrome in 2016 (for four weeks) in my left hip area. Finally went to the doctor. In therapy tried numerous stretches for 2 weeks and finally it was the (rolling my hip on a medium "hard" ball for 10 minutes for 2 days) which made it disappear and I have not had it since ! (So, I still carry that ball with me in my tote bag "everyday" because you never know when it may strike again).

what if I do feel pain (except when walking on my heels, nothing happens), but only in my right buttocks? close to the coccyx? I don't have shooting pain downwards, I don't have piriformis but still have this sciatica-like symptoms, only in my buttocks. mostly when I do that slump test.
Many thanks for your videos. My question is that I hurt my back whenever I raise my leg above say 2 feet it injures my back. I even have problems putting on my socks, tying my shoe laces which hurts my lower back. Is there a way/position to do this without hurting my back. I am 70 years old and have suffered back problems since I was a teenager, due to a diagnosed shallow back. I am doing yoga and long walks to keep fit, but recently suffering from having lifted and placed my leg on a higher road side gritting box to examine my leg for a dog bite. Following your video I have been to the.doctor and a physio to as diagnosed with sciatica... 3 months on the progression is very slow. I have been given prescription tablets to help the pain. Shall I keep going with the exercises or do I need to try something different?? Thankyou
The condition may be referred to as a slipped disc, but this term is not accurate as the spinal discs are firmly attached between the vertebrae and cannot "slip" out of place.
Heyo! I injured my lower back (pain around the tailbone area, right above bumhole) 9 weeks ago, and it's still not gone or going away/getting better. When I lie down on my stomach on a flat surface, my bed for example, and then try to do some leg curls where I try to hit my butt with my feet, I get a sharp pain in that tailbone/lower back area. Been getting acupuncture for weeks now because my physio thinks that's the way. She used a lot of tests on me. Straight leg raise, slump test, lying leg raise, etc. No pain. What do you guys think? Just want to get back into lifting so bad... :( Already lost so much progress for not wanting to lift in pain which has resulted in me not going. If you can do these tests without any sciatica or lower back pain, does it mean you don't have a herniated disc, or would you have to pay for an MRI to really be sure? Cheers! :)
Hi will you able to help me? I use this to test for my pain . Ive'been suffering for about now 3months ! So rest of the test were good except only the test that makes more pain on my leg was the sitting position and even raise one leg while your lay down flat but only increase the pain if the pain are presence ? But i tried to raise one leg again when thers no present pain? I can raise all the way ? Only the sitting test (slump),whether pain is presence or not ? The pain still increase! Could be this a sciatica? Soon as sit on the couch, chair , most of the time?the pain on my leg starts flaring up! specially when i drive? I did try the sciatica streches(leg pain) exercise from your other video and there was few exercise that makes the pain presence ? One was the, back decompression(2 pillow on the abdomen) , seated piriformis, pegeon pose if i bring my chest down, but rest was fine. The cobra pose, there's a time that increase pain a little bit on the leg?so o only use the one that doesn't cause more pain!
