Well if the car's weight was to shift too far back under acceleration, the front wheels wouldn't get grip. The bar isn't to prevent wheelies, it's just to prevent the front wheels from losing traction. And yes, in some cases the front wheels will be off the ground for a split second because of the pull.
?? Never seen fast fwd drag cars ? They are not 'wheelie bars' , its there to prevent weight transfer to the rear wheels of the car and keep the front wheels planted , atleast do some research before posting shit .
