@@Jenniferobrien My hometown, I'm a Hoboken original, back in the day we had a community where the population might have been almost 60,000 for one square mile, but we dreaded the popularity it was receiving from the "yuppies" in New York City. We loved our little city, even though it was well populated, everyone knew everybody, it was amazing, but all good things come to pass. The influx was just too massive to repel, but now, it's incredibly charming, lots of fun to be had, daytime or nighttime. I'm coming back home to visit next Summer, hmm, visit, or....?

Hoboken is a nice place to visit during vacation time! I will plan someday to stay in New Jersey and travel to Hoboken and stay in Union City like I did 11 years ago.

Yes I used to drive there a lot and now take the path train often, it's so great and super affordable from Manhattan, I also want to do another video on Hoboken food alone and will include these ways to get there cost and time in the upcoming blog post for this, thank you!

This video was much too short! :) Looks like a lovely part of town. Years ago there was a Formula One grand prix scheduled to run in nearby Weehawken but it never materialised. Bit of a shame as it looks like a fun place for it.

Thanks for the great video. I’ve been wanting to visit Hoboken for 2 years, but as time during our visits to NY was limited and I was not sure about transport, we skipped it. Next time we definietely need to come to Hoboken even for a short visit.

From Manhattan, it's easier to get to Hoboken than some places in Manhattan. PATH train, Buses, Ferry. Come for the fun!

Awesome video! My favorite way to get in, avoid driving in Manhattan! It looks very nice, and I could tolerate living there, being only 10 minutes from the city! Is the construction still messing up the one PATH line on the weekend?

Thank you, yes so true great spot to drive to and drop a car to go into Manhattan! When I went there the Path did have significant delays... but I'm used to train delays living off the L train in Williamsburg so I just spend time on my phone and forget how long I'm waiting for the train!

We do the fire alarm system at Steven's Institute and I always stop for a minute to take in the views of NYC. My profile pic is from the 80 story tower (99 Hudson) in Jersey City which is visible in your video (it was still under construction at the time you recorded this and the crane is visible)

Pro Tip - Skip Carlo's and go to Giorgio's instead. Much more tasty and you dont have to fight the tourists. lol

Carlo's is very overpriced. Theres a great bagel shop and bakery on 9th and Washington and the prices aren't bad. They got bagels of all kinds of flavors. Definitely a hidden gem in town.

LOL you all crack me up. Treating Hoboken like its an exotic spot like Hawaii or some shit. Im from there. 30+ years I lived in that area. Don't take the ladies to Hoboken at night. The night life there is TERRIBLE. Avoid the sport bars!
