(I’m not sponsored or commission based here for these. That link is just for Graeme to see how many people are coming through. I wanted to point that out before I respond as I didn’t want to come across as all ‘sales-y’) They are incredibly easy to press. The fact that they are like a cantilever and are not actually connected to the switch means that they push down with good accuracy. They don’t ’pop off’ like some traditional toppers do cause of the design and if you saw how much force I had to use to destroy one.. I’m never gonna push on it that hard. Had toppers in the past ‘ping’ off or even snap due to being made from cheap plastic. I have been playing around with them for a while and although you have to stick them on and makes the button slightly higher, an old muscle memory from RC-300 days has come back to me and feels natural to press. I personally think they hold a massive advantage over a regular topper. Hope that helps. 👌

$90.00 = $10.00 a piece = Uglify your RC & goop it up with adhesive & pull your paint off if you remove them? Is it really all that difficult to hit the reg Foot sw? Maybe if you have some unfortunate condition? then it might be worth destroying your units resale value? I used to be that way...couldn't ever leave well enought alone... think twice before you kiddify your unit with goofy colored switch covers...looking all Romper Room.

You don’t have to have all the colours in the order that I have. I like it looking that way. It’s personal taste. You could have all grey or all black or black and red like Matt Bolton has. Personally I have very wide feet. I can’t wear normal shoes and have to order the ‘ultra wide’ trainers from sketches or use barefoot shoes. So I would constantly hit two of the normal switches all the time. These and the Sonicake toppers do help a lot as they are the same dimensions as the RC-300 switches which I loved and miss. Anyways.. that’s why for me. Hope that helps.

Hi John, the question about Stadium Toppers is this: if I decide to put toppers with specific colors in a position of the Boss RC 600 and, after some time, I like to change the position of the colors, do you think it's possible? Or does the adhesive get ruined and they no longer stick together? And if so, do you have a solution for this? Thanks always. Rick.

Hey. so yes the adhesive would get ruined. however, you would just need to get more adhesive. Reach out to Graeme at Stadium music on his website and I bet he has a solution.

For me the rc600 looks like there could be an entire six pedal attachment kit for the front, like these detachable handrests for pc keyboards

I cant get the response unless i click directly over those generic toppers. How is the case with the these ones. Are there the cases where you press it and it does not respond. I have noticed that with rc 600 footswitch that if I tap on it too quickly, it wont register. I had to press a bit longer to get it to respond.

I hear you. No, these are a totally different breed. You can lightly tap and because it’s based on a cantilever design, it takes hardly any pressure at all and it does register. Possible downside is the top row. Cause they are much bigger in size and there is a potential to mis-align the top pedals, you certainly need a ruler or a straight edge to put them against to make sure they work. The board fits into my bag the NuX pedalboard came into no problem. - using them on gigs. Seen others like Matt Bolton upgrade to them now as well. They are the way to go.

No. It’s for the feel of the RC-300 button which was always easier to press than a small switch. Cause it’s cantilevered, it’s also an easier and more confirming press. Hope that makes sense.

Yeah that was the idea. The amount of force I threw on that hammer is nowhere near the level anyone’s shoes are going to get. Even stomping them should be fine. 👍🏻

I like the fact that they are similar to the RC300/ME80 pedals. I always like the profile of these pedals. I dont like the whole sticky stuff connection, and that puts me off a bit.

My head phone mic does not work with rc 600. I used a mic/phone splitter cable, inserted mic jack to the input 2 in rc 600 and phone jack to phone output on rc 600. No sound comes out. I also inserted the mic input directly into guitar amp, but still no sound comes out. Any insight?
