Best Treadmills for Home: The Cream of the Crop! 

The one you'll consistently use. I tried the treadmills at the gym for years until I realized what I used and liked and what I didn't. This helped me narrow down the treadmill I now have at home. I learned I didn't want a big screen on the treadmill, as I can use my 40" mobile gym TV on a stand to play any show or fitness app. This saved me a lot of money. I did want incline and decline features and I wanted a long and wide deck. Buy once and run it into the ground. Mine is still going strong years later.

Honestly everything they review should be taken at face value. There's no way for them to spend real time with any of the equipment before the real kinks arrive.

@averagedonnie7858 I spent zero time with the equipment and know they are crap, because I read real ownership reviews. Shouldn't they be doing that?

One thing I like about curved treadmills is they at least are mechanically simple. Less parts to break. Electric treadmills are a continual cost after purchase and have several issues.

this channel is an affiliate marketer for those treadmills would be my guess. or else they would've addressed the actual downsides of these treadmills, such as bad customer support, warranty, etc.

I agree 100%. I’ve been doing research for over 5 months. So far - 3G treadmills are made in the USA and have a good reputation the latter is based on customer service and feedback. I’m looking at the Sole f63 bc it has a really good warranty (I think the best or one of the 2 best) which is lifetime on machine and longer than others on parts and etc kind of warranties. And it’s cs reviews for customer service is very good. And it doesn’t force you to subscribe to any subscriptions. This is their base treadmill but like others have said - the less bells and whistles the less stuff to break. Peloton and Nordictrak(which actually owns Proform) is awful. This is what I know - weight cap should be at least 300 lbs for durability Deck should be 60x20 but can settle for 55(though i probably won’t) Motor should be at least 3.0. No less. Unless you literally know for a fact that you’ll never run or you’ll never have a large person using it often. Customer support has to be as best as possible. And I won’t but from company bc I prefer a middle man/local company to deal with in case anything happens. Lastly, foldable so I can move it easily if/when I move to another house or if I change a room into an actual gym. Hydraulic lift so deck goes down easily and not manually. And lastly for me personally I look for handlebar buttons to control incline, speed, checking heart rate etc. My sister has a peloton so I’ve been added to her peloton family plan so I don’t need a subscription- and honestly it’s not as good as iFit anyway. It’s just videos of “trainers” talking A LOT while on their peloton treadmills. While iFit (though I’ll never pay for a subscription) at least has beautiful scenery and views to see while running or walking). Peloton is terrible with customer service and support. Lastly, I bought a cheap under desk SupeRun treadmill/walking pad for $200 to be sure I’ll appreciate an indoor walking option. I have 30 days to return it or if I keep it I didn’t break the bank and will still be able to use it while working and still afford the full size treadmill I’m obsessing over to buy. (I still like Sole the best, and if I could afford 3G, I’d probably go with them). These have been my findings from Consumer Reports, RU-vid, Amazon reviews, Product reviews on product websites, TrustPilot and others. I did all this for me. But if it can help anyone I just wanted to share what I learned.
